SMB Business Development Manager
CDW
• Accelerate growth, revenue profit and customer base above segment average • Build and develop new relationships with CDW’s strategic partners • Identify and target key markets/accounts through collaboration with SB sales leadership • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge on CDW’s offerings and capabilities, as well as those of our competitors • Discover C-Level clients’ business needs and address those needs with proper solutions • Provide project management support for successful delivery • Serve as a representative of CDW and be able to present on CDW’s capabilities at seminars, tabletop shows, events, one on one meetings, etc. • Report on a weekly basis, all activities to include but not be limited to; meetings, contacts, calendar, travel, updates and forecasts to sales management • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive results • Develop relationships with regional companies, partners, and organizations • Attends customer onsite meetings, business reviews, and industry days, as needed • Identify trends in customer purchasing patterns and enact specific plans to help sales teams capture a greater share of business • Assist Account Managers and Account Representatives in the development of Small Business through extending subject matter expertise, customer visits, and partner collaboration • Develop a long-term, mature pipeline of solutions business and services opportunities • Escort resources from CDW and our partners on site with our customers to add value and represent CDW in the meeting • Work closely with all Sales Managers supported, regardless of reporting structure • Leverage tools and systems to increase productivity and efficiently
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience selling technology B2B or selling technology hardware or software
- Strong understanding of the Small Business market
- Proven ability to influence across all functions of an organization
- Strong financial and business acumen with a solid attention to detail
- Demonstrated collaboration behavior with excellent facilitation and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions while working independently
- Local travel in the LA market required
- Ability to travel outside of region up to 25% required
- Prior experience selling complex technical solutions

Currently, the HJGT is the largest junior golf tour in the world, hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour.
