In this role, you will combine your diverse technical and industry background with a deep understanding of how technology impacts business environments.   As a Sr Field Architect you will: Own overall technical relationship (trusted advisor) with pre-assigned accounts and other clients as needs arise. Develop proposals and technical designs in solving customer problems with input from peer Field Architects. Be an active participant with aiding, educating, and supporting peers. Identify client business and technical requirements for opportunities. Participate in internal sales meetings as the technical representative. Develop statements of work (SOW) for professional services activity. Participate in validating the strategy for responding to RFPs.. Ability to dissect complex business and technical challenges and develop Insight proposals. Strong communication skills, including room presence and peer leadership. Wide technology background with emphasis on data center technologies (ex. network, compute, storage, virtualization, etc.). Familiarity with cloud hyper-scalers (ex. Amazon, Microsoft, Google) and hybrid-data center solutions. Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity concepts and how those help shape technical solutions.   Familiarity with virtualization platforms and containerization strategies (ex. VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft Azure Local, RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, etc.). General familiarity with AI concepts and the relevant infrastructure that supports those workloads (ex. NVidia GPU families, container platforms, etc.). Relevant degree or work experience. • Operate and support onboarding/hiring technical workflows, ensuring timely account and access provisioning. • Troubleshoot provisioning and access issues across identity, collaboration, and endpoint services. • Coordinate with HR, IAM, Service Desk, and regional IT teams to meet onboarding SLAs and readiness dates. • Maintain and improve onboarding runbooks, request forms, knowledge articles, and automation. • Ensure access is provisioned using least-privilege principles and compliant approval processes. • Monitor onboarding queues and metrics; identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements. • Support audits by ensuring traceability of requests, approvals, and access changes. • Participate in change initiatives that improve onboarding tooling and user experience.

• You will develop studio concepts with us based on current technical and content trends. • You will further develop "FlowMatic" with us so that the symbiosis between concept and FlowMatic becomes perfect. • Development of "Studio Concepts" for the areas of Education, Government, Broadcast and Corporate • Creation of block diagrams • Compatibility checks & tests • Creation of thermal load calculations • Documentation • Preparation of all execution-relevant documents • Conducting market analyses and identifying technical trends in the studio environment • Project management for product integration and rollouts

• Guide innovation by applying your technical knowledge to help create solutions for our customers • Focus on being the leading technical resource as part of a selling team • Contribute to multiple customer projects serving as a subject matter expert • Help develop, engineer and choose the right technologies and components for customer designs • Build relationships with Sales Team to help customers and partners understand, adopt, and deploy a solution stack • Provide support to other Engineers based on areas of expertise and domain knowledge • Committed to continual professional development including technical certifications • Visit customers in France and occasionally elsewhere in Europe • Work closely with the European Integration Centre team in Budapest as the interface between customers and New Product Introduction team
