• Lead discovery calls and technical deep-dives with enterprise prospects • Deliver tailored product demonstrations of LeaseAccelerator, EZLease, Real Estate Manager, and PureLease Marketplace to C-level executives, controllers, and lease administration teams • Develop and present custom proof-of-concept environments and solution architectures that map to prospect-specific workflows and data requirements • Partner with Account Executives to build compelling business cases, including ROI analyses and value positioning strategies • Serve as the voice of the customer internally by providing product feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to Product Management and Engineering

• Responsible for being a partner to team members, a mentor, and directly enabling growth of the Data & AI Services team at MCA. • Expected to support pre-sales efforts, lead project implementations, drive innovation, upskill and mentor junior teammates, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement. • Responsible for building client relationships, leading delivery teams, effectively utilizing Agile project delivery methodologies, designing scalable and efficient technical architectures to satisfy client requirements, and performing hands on implementations of Microsoft data solutions for MCA Connect’s current and future customers/projects.

• Define and maintain the enterprise API‑led architecture • Lead end‑to‑end solution design for new integrations, enhancements, and platform capabilities • Produce architectural artifacts including sequence diagrams, interface specifications, and RACI models • Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable integration patterns • Provide hands‑on oversight of API development using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform • Review solution designs produced by SI partners to ensure compliance with Candescent standards • Oversee MuleSoft environments (Development, SIT, UAT, Pre‑Prod, Production) and associated CI/CD pipelines

• Partner with business leaders, product managers, and technology teams to translate business requirements into end‑to‑end solution architectures. • Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across applications, data, integrations, and cloud platforms. • Define architecture patterns, integration strategies, and system workflows that support Forte’s payments and merchant lifecycle processes. • Lead solution design sessions and technical reviews to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards. • Collaborate with engineering teams to guide implementation and resolve complex technical challenges. • Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and third‑party solutions aligned with Forte’s architecture strategy. • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, and system performance. • Create and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and solution design artifacts. • Support production readiness, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
