• Monitorar ambientes e aplicações, realizando troubleshooting e análise de incidentes para garantir a rápida identificação e resolução de problemas críticos; • Implementar, evoluir e disseminar boas práticas DevOps, promovendo a integração e colaboração entre os times de Desenvolvimento e Infraestrutura; • Definir, implementar e otimizar pipelines de CI/CD, automatizando processos de build, testes e deploy; • Administrar e apoiar a sustentação de ambientes conteinerizados, garantindo disponibilidade, desempenho e escalabilidade das aplicações; • Atuar na automação de processos operacionais e de infraestrutura, contribuindo para maior eficiência e confiabilidade dos ambientes; • Apoiar os times de desenvolvimento durante todo o ciclo de entrega das aplicações, desde a homologação até a produção; • Participar ativamente de iniciativas de melhoria contínua, propondo soluções que aumentem a qualidade, segurança e agilidade dos processos de desenvolvimento e entrega de software.

• Design, develop, and maintain medium- to high-complexity features in backend applications • Propose and implement architectural improvements focused on scalability, performance, and maintainability • Diagnose and resolve incidents and critical bugs in production environments • Build and evolve REST APIs using Python and FastAPI following industry best practices • Ensure high quality of deliverables through automated tests, code reviews, and development standards • Produce and maintain technical documentation for systems, integrations, and components • Share knowledge, support less experienced developers, and contribute to technical discussions • Actively participate in agile processes, contributing to backlog refinement, estimations, and delivery planning

• Define technical guidelines, development standards, and software engineering best practices for the team. • Design and evolve scalable, resilient, and secure architectures for applications and APIs. • Contribute to the development of critical features with high technical complexity. • Support, mentor, and develop other team members through code reviews, pair programming, and ongoing technical guidance. • Participate in requirements refinement, estimation, prioritization, and solution design. • Ensure adoption of automated testing, monitoring, observability, and DevOps best practices. • Act as a bridge between business, product, architecture, and development teams to ensure technical and strategic alignment. • Lead technical discussions and actively participate in the team's agile rituals.

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Active Directory environments. • Manage user, group, and computer objects, including permissions and access controls. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to AD services. • Perform root cause analysis and support problem management activities. • Execute changes, releases, and service requests following ITIL processes. • Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices. • Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives. • Collaborate closely with global infrastructure, security, and application teams. • Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Manage user identities, roles, and access rights across IAM platforms and Active Directory. • Handle ServiceNow tickets related to IAM access requests, incidents, and changes. • Provision, modify, and deprovision access in IAM tools, systems, and local servers. • Provide administrative support including account unlocks, password resets, and remote access provisioning. • Act as last-level support for ATA-operated IAM solutions. • Collaborate closely with IAM operations teams, stakeholders, and customers. • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly IAM service status reports. • Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and representing the IAM administration team.

• Coordinate, monitor, and continuously improve UEM service delivery across the full service lifecycle. • Ensure end-to-end accountability for UEM services within agile Scrum and DevOps teams, with focus on North America. • Define, monitor, and analyze service KPIs including cost, quality, capacity, business continuity, and IT security. • Ensure compliance with global IT standards, processes, and service management frameworks. • Drive continuous service improvement aligned with ITIL best practices and cost optimization. • Act as escalation and complaint manager, supporting and consulting on related projects. • Design and evolve UEM service components across the matrix organization. • Manage and steer third-party suppliers and operational service providers.

• Work with a shift-left mindset, bringing quality perspective from planning, refinement, and story definition. • Support Product Owners and technical teams in creating clear, testable acceptance criteria oriented to business value. • Actively participate in team ceremonies, contributing insights on risks, dependencies, impacts, testing effort, and delivery quality. • Create, maintain, and evolve functional, regression, and automated test scenarios. • Support test execution during release cycles, analyzing failures, adjusting scenarios, and ensuring delivery reliability. • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. • Analyze incidents, support root-cause investigations, and propose actions to prevent recurrence. • Track and present quality metrics such as defects, reopened bugs, production incidents, test coverage, automation stability, and failure recurrence. • Promote a quality culture within the team by guiding best practices, supporting peers, and driving continuous improvement.

• Monitor production environments and applications, proactively identifying incidents and performance degradation. • Analyze logs, metrics and system behavior using observability tools. • Support incident troubleshooting in collaboration with development, QA and infrastructure teams. • Execute operational routines and adjustments via automated jobs. • Create and maintain dashboards and alerts for operational monitoring and KPI visibility. • Participate in the support and operation of critical environments. • Assist with technical documentation, operational procedures and continuous improvement. • Participate in deployments, validations and post-production monitoring.
