Then consider becoming a Field Architect Sr. for Insight. In this role, you will combine your diverse technical and industry background with a deep understanding of how technology impacts business environments.   As a Sr Field Architect you will: Own overall technical relationship (trusted advisor) with pre-assigned accounts and other clients as needs arise. Develop proposals and technical designs in solving customer problems with input from peer Field Architects. Be an active participant with aiding, educating, and supporting peers. Identify client business and technical requirements for opportunities. Participate in internal sales meetings as the technical representative. Develop statements of work (SOW) for professional services activity. Participate in validating the strategy for responding to RFPs.. Ability to dissect complex business and technical challenges and develop Insight proposals. Strong communication skills, including room presence and peer leadership. Wide technology background with emphasis on data center technologies (ex. network, compute, storage, virtualization, etc.). Familiarity with cloud hyper-scalers (ex. Amazon, Microsoft, Google) and hybrid-data center solutions. Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity concepts and how those help shape technical solutions.   Familiarity with virtualization platforms and containerization strategies (ex. VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft Azure Local, RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, etc.). General familiarity with AI concepts and the relevant infrastructure that supports those workloads (ex. NVidia GPU families, container platforms, etc.). Relevant degree or work experience.
