Job Description

Senior Insurance Operations Analyst

Branch

• Configure, implement, and update rating plans, factor tables, rules, and algorithms in cooperation with Actuarial and Underwriting teams • Validate rating logic through testing and reconciliations to ensure accuracy • Field rating-related questions from internal stakeholders in Sales, Service, Underwriting, and Actuarial • Perform investigations and root cause analysis of unexpected policy administration outcomes • Collaborate with our Product and Tech teams to ensure that processes are well documented and functioning as expected • Acting as a SME on Rating practices and process flows

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Insurance product experience.
  • Familiarity with insurance policy rating and administration
  • Experience working with Home and Auto Insurance preferred.
  • Prior experience working directly with rating and/or technology teams
  • Knowledge of Insurance operations practices with release of new product changes
  • Familiarity with policy and billing data
