Student Success Associate

Contour Education

• Orchestrate the Enrolment Experience: Manage high-volume, warm inbound leads (no cold calling) • Guide families from curiosity to commitment, acting as the 'Voice of Contour' via email and text. • Enforce Operational Truth: Maintain absolute data integrity across HubSpot and our internal systems. • Ensure student records, attendance data, and schedules are 100% accurate, 100% of the time. • Service Resolution Architecture: Act as the primary problem solver for scheduling conflicts and service queries, ensuring parents feel heard and solutions are delivered rapidly. • Systematic Resource Management: Rigorous management of learning materials and student resources, ensuring the right student gets the right content at the right time.

  • Experience in the EdTech or Education sector.
  • Experience working with international (Australian) markets.
  • Operational Precision: 2–4 years of experience in B2C sales, student engagement, or customer-facing operations where detail was non-negotiable.
