Kodex
• Lead and elevate a currently staffed team of high-performing Account Executives. • Own the team quota, responsible for monthly and quarterly ARR targets. • Iterate on sales scripts, email sequences, objection handling, and demo flows. • Partner closely with RevOps to maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and ensure our revenue forecasts are accurate and actionable for leadership. • Act as the voice of the market, relay critical feedback from prospects to Product and Marketing.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 2 years of management or team lead experience.
- Specific experience helping an organization scale through the $10M to $50M ARR phase and understand the unique challenges of that stage.
- Willing to pick up the phone, build a deck, or hunt for leads when the team needs a spark.
- Coach on conversion rates, activity metrics, and call recordings.
- Track record of exceeding personal quotas and know exactly what it takes to get a contract across the line.
