• Own product launches end-to-end: framing, positioning, messaging, and shippable deliverables • Build and ship sales enablement - decks, one-pagers, battle cards, training • Create content for a technical audience (developers, IT, legal, security teams) • Partner with product on positioning and roadmap input from market feedback • Own competitive intelligence and turn it into GTM-ready assets • Establish the pattern of full-stack PMM ownership as we scale the marketing team

• Build and deploy models to detect and flag suspicious behavior (classification, anomaly detection, clustering, ranking, and other approaches as appropriate) • Own ML pipelines end-to-end (feature generation, training, evaluation, batch/streaming inference, backfills, and versioning) • Design evaluation + monitoring: ground truth strategies with Threat Intel, offline metrics, drift monitoring, and alerting • Collaborate with product & engineering to integrate intelligence into user-facing workflows (e.g., review queues, and decision-support tooling) • Improve data quality and accessibility by working with data engineering patterns (schemas, lineage, reproducibility, and access controls) • Contribute to operational rigor: runbooks, incident response, and safe rollout practices for systems that impact customer trust

• Build and operate customer-facing integrations (APIs, identity federation, webhooks, imports/exports, and marketplace apps) that reduce manual work for customers, unblock new product workflows, and raise the reliability and security bar across the platform. • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and fellow engineers to design, develop, and ship integration capabilities that unlock new workflows. • Building external-facing APIs and “Bridge” infrastructure for ingest/egress of requests between Kodex and third-party systems. • Shipping identity and verification integrations such as “Sign in with Kodex (OIDC)” and related security reviews, test environments, and customer enablement. • Delivering cross-border / government portal integrations that require careful spec compliance, auditing, and operational rigor. • Productizing existing bespoke integrations into reusable, scalable primitives. • Building self-serve integrations that eliminate manual setup and reduce on-call/customer support load. • Improving reliability and observability across integration surfaces. • Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system reliability and respond to incidents. • Raise the bar on engineering quality through thoughtful architecture, testing, and pragmatic refactors.

• Own the private sector field strategy: which events to bet on, which accounts to activate, and how to convert in-person interactions into closed pipeline. • Partner with Sales to identify the personas and ICPs we need to reach, and design field activations that bring them to the table. • Build the operating cadence with sales leadership: account targeting, list pulls, follow-up handoffs, post-event measurement. • Operate as an extension of the sales team - earn trust through pipeline contribution, not events run. • Co-build OKRs with marketing and sales leadership tied to field-influenced pipeline. • Make sales reps look good - shoutouts at deal close are a leading indicator the partnership is working. • Plan and execute the private sector event calendar: customer events, road shows, third-party trade shows, EBCs, dinners, and account-based activations. • Own campaign execution alongside the events: landing pages, outreach copy, registrant nurture, and post-event follow-up sequences. • Manage budget and vendor relationships across the private sector field portfolio. • Use AI tools to accelerate the work - landing pages, draft copy, campaign briefs - so the team operates with the leverage of a much larger team. • Build documentation and processes that scale alongside the function.
