Your role at DynatraceDynatrace, the global leader in Software Intelligence, is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst - SFDC to join our dynamic and motivated Sales Operations team. This is a hybrid position. Must live in or near Boston and report to the office 2-3 times per week (Tuesdays - Thursdays). Will consider candidates who live in or near Denver, and can report to the office 2-3 times per week. We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves type of individual who is willing to go the extra mile to support our growing sales team in the following capacities: Account/Data Governance - Map Salesforce.com hierarchy/territories and reassign accounts, contacts, and opportunities in response to personnel changes. - Work with teams to ensure Lead Assignment Rules are flowing and updated promptly upon change of territories. - Promote data cleanliness and accuracy by detecting and resolving duplicates and performing data adjustments as needed. - Support overall territory optimization models using territory planning tools, collaborating with Territory Optimization team to quantify workload within sales territories, and recommend optimal alignments to Sales Management. - Manage internal ticketing queue(s) and questions with the team as it relates to accounts, territories, and system assistance. - Participate in review of new functionality and occasional testing as it pertains to accounts and territories. Process Creation, Documentation and Maintenance - Develop process documentation and field maps. - Develop operational measurements to identify business process and system inefficiencies and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges. POSITION OVERVIEW The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in executing the Covetrus Sales Enablement strategy by delivering consistent, measurable, and scalable enablement experiences for our customer-facing field sales teams. JOB SPECIFICATION ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
