• Architect and implement ServiceNow FSO and CSM solutions • Design solutions using the Financial Services Data Model • Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical architecture • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows • Develop and review Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and integrations • Guide Agile sprint planning, demos, and solution delivery • Design dispute management, payment operations, and customer lifecycle workflows • Support implementation, testing, and production deployment • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts • Document architecture and solution design • Provide troubleshooting and platform guidance
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Architecture or technical solution design experience
- Experience with the Financial Services Data Model
- Strong ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI components
- Experience working within Agile environments
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (preferred)
- Experience implementing dispute management or financial case workflows (preferred)
- Knowledge of CSDM and CMDB architecture (preferred)
- ITIL or service management framework knowledge (preferred)
- Experience in banking, insurance, or payment operations environments (preferred)
