Platform Owner, ServiceNow
Vantage Data Centers
• Act as the end‑to‑end Product Owner for ServiceNow operational capabilities supporting Data Center Operations • Own the vision, roadmap, and long‑term evolution of ServiceNow for Data Center Operations, Facilities, and Technical Platform Services • Serve as the single point of accountability for operational use cases on the ServiceNow platform • Own governance for all operational platform decisions, including workflow design, module usage, and data standards • Identify new operational capabilities and continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with Operations leadership • Own and manage the operational enhancement backlog • Act as a trusted advisor to Data Center Operations and Facilities leadership • Lead working sessions to drive process alignment, standardization, and governance
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Platform Lead roles
- Deep, hands‑on expertise with ServiceNow FSM, TPSM, and ITSM modules
- Experience supporting data center operations or infrastructure‑based services
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal daily instruction in complex environments
- Experience supporting global or multi‑site data center environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with CSDM and operational CMDB models (preferred)
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS (ITSM, FSM, TPSM) (preferred)

• Developing, installing, and troubleshooting scoped ServiceNow applications • Assisting in maintaining detailed documentation of application design, logic and code to train other developers on the application • Working on the creation of workflows from scratch and customizing the existing workflows and workflow activities based on the business requirements • Creating and maintaining inbound actions, custom reports, scheduled reports, and dashboards • Developing import sets, data sources, transform maps for data loads and management. • Creating and using update sets, Remote Instance, and Team Dashboard to move customizations between ServiceNow instances • Performing code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security • Partnering directly with customers to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations • Leading or supporting customer-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design conversations • Troubleshooting complex issues in collaboration with customers and providing clear, timely communication throughout resolution • Serving as a trusted technical advisor during implementations and post-go-live support
