Role Description The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data for the company’s entities across different regions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple financial reporting tasks, liaising with auditors, and supporting system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be adept at working both independently and as part of a team. Essential Job Functions - Month-End Closing: Responsible for the month-end closing process for assigned entities, including the preparation of monthly journal entries, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. - Management Accounts Preparation: Compile and present management accounts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making. - Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in initiatives to streamline accounting procedures. - System Enhancements and Implementation: Involve in the documentation and implementation of system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. - Functional Reporting: Manage and execute functional reporting tasks as assigned by the Manager. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 2+ years at a major public accounting firm or 4 or more years of experience in a multinational environment commercial accounting role required. - Data Center or Real Estate industry experience is preferred, but not required. - Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) project experience is preferred, but not required. - Payroll accounting experience is preferred, but not required. - Fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation and asset lifecycle management with the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting policies is preferred. - Good understanding of GAAP required. - Strong understanding of accounting standards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many simultaneous priorities from time to time and meet deadlines. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Perform technical security testing and reviews of AI‑enabled applications, agents, and workflows • Implement approved security architecture patterns for AI, ML, and LLM systems across cloud, hybrid, on‑prem, and OT‑adjacent environments • Engineer secure inference paths, APIs, service identities, authentication flows, and segmentation boundaries aligned with least privilege and zero trust principles • Implement technical safeguards to mitigate prompt injection, unauthorized context expansion, data leakage, hallucination risk, and unsafe output handling • Configure and maintain controls for limiting, monitoring, logging, and managing AI usage across platforms, models, and agents • Implement and validate technical controls supporting model explainability, traceability, and output validation where AI impacts operational, workforce, safety, or compliance decisions • Review and validate LLM usage patterns, including prompt design, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), context window constraints, and output handling mechanisms • Implement controls preventing unauthorized external model training, reuse, or retention of enterprise data by third‑party AI platforms • Validate encryption, access logging, retention, and deletion controls for data ingested, processed, or generated by AI systems • Execute AI‑specific threat modeling activities and contribute findings to enterprise and OT cybersecurity risk assessments • Ensure AI systems produce security telemetry, logs, and audit trails sufficient to detect misuse, drift, policy violations, or anomalous behavior • Integrate AI security signals into SOC, SIEM, and incident response tooling and workflows • Support investigation and response to AI‑related incidents, including data exposure, model failure, unsafe outputs, or control breakdowns • Conduct technical security reviews of vendor‑provided and embedded AI capabilities, assessing model behavior, data handling, and control alignment • Enforce approved security requirements for AI vendors and prevent activation of AI features without required security validation and governance approval • Drive alignment with ISO 42001 and related AI governance standards across applicable teams

Role Description The Vice President, Construction is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction functions across active markets, ensuring the successful execution of all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to commissioning and closeout. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 10-15 years of experience in management role required, 15 to 20 years preferred. - Data Center experience is required. - Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement. - Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. - Strong understanding of construction cost analysis, estimating, and budget management. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to drive cross-functional coordination and integration. - Strong project management skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Travel required is expected to be up to 50-75% but may increase over time as the business evolves. • Lead central planning processes that map long-term customer demand to product and service requirements, ensuring forward visibility of supply needs, capacity requirements, and enabling decisions across the procurement lifecycle. • Aggregate and govern functional data from category management and regional procurement to provide enterprise-wide visibility into inventory, asset management, product life cycle, and end-of-life status across tangible assets and supply-related capacity. • Establish reporting and governance over cash flows, liabilities, and liquidity impacts associated with inventory positions, committed supply, and capacity reservations, with detailed analysis to support business planning and executive decision-making. • Support governance of end-to-end data structures for SKUs and related master data developed across Product, Supply Chain, and Procurement, ensuring consistent integration into the enterprise digital footprint. • Drive real-time asset management and tracking capabilities by aligning planning, inventory, and operational data into connected digital platforms that support visibility, control, and decision support. • Lead supply chain digital platforms and integration efforts with IT and cross-functional partners including Finance, Construction, Operations, Legal, and other corporate functions. • Own governance for cumulative inventory reporting across all tangible assets supporting individual functions, ensuring standardized definitions, reconciliation discipline, and accurate executive-level reporting. • Oversee enterprise approaches to asset visibility across inventory, installed base, spares, transition stock, and end-of-life exposure to improve planning accuracy and lifecycle management. • Provide strategic direction for corporate software and IT management within the procurement and supply chain ecosystem, including platform roadmap, integration priorities, controls, and adoption. • Build operating cadence, governance forums, and performance reporting that connect planning, inventory, asset data, digital systems, and financial impacts into a coherent center-of-excellence model. • Additional duties as assigned by Management.

• Own the product vision for each engagement: define what the AI solution must do and why, ensuring alignment with business owner objectives, Navigator discovery insights, and Accelerators team capabilities • Author and own the Project Brief — the authoritative statement of scope, objectives, success criteria, and constraints — including Business Requirements Documents, Product Requirements Documents, and supporting user stories • Prioritize and manage the product backlog for each sprint, deciding what gets built first based on business value and prioritization pipelines defined in partnership with Navigators and client stakeholders • Define acceptance criteria from the business perspective: not just “does it work technically” but “does it solve the problem,” including clearly stated business value KPIs that link prototype outcomes to measurable impact • Serve as the primary client-facing contact and coordinator during delivery, running weekly status calls, scope discussions, outcome reviews, demos, and progress updates that maintain stakeholder confidence and alignment • Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives; coordinate handoffs between Solutions Engineers, Integration, Data/ML, and the Platforms team when projects are delivered to production • Identify, log, and escalate scope changes, risks, and blockers; own the go/no-go recommendation at each gate in coordination with the Director, AI Delivery • Produce the Handoff Package: full delivery documentation including product specification, integration map, operational guide, and any artifacts required for the Platforms team to assume ongoing ownership • Partner with the Director, AI Delivery to ensure delivery standards, sprint velocity, and quality expectations are met across all concurrent engagements • Champion responsible AI principles throughout delivery, ensuring ethical considerations, bias mitigation, data privacy compliance, and governance requirements are embedded in every product specification • Handle additional duties as assigned by Leadership.
