Product Operations Manager

• Drive operational excellence across the product organization: designing, implementing, and managing scalable processes for product planning, release management, and cross-functional coordination. • Own product metrics, ensuring the product team has reliable access to metrics, dashboards, and customer feedback to inform decisions. • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure efficient execution of product initiatives, including sprint planning, launch readiness, and retrospectives. • Build and optimize feedback loops between customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Sales, Support) and Product - enabling faster prioritization and iteration. • Support the go-to-market process by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring clear communication and enablement across teams before and after launches. • Standardize documentation and playbooks, ensuring consistent communication and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Strategy & Operations roles, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • Strong systems and process thinking, with a proven ability to turn ambiguity into structure and drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Experience partnering cross functionally with stakeholders to deliver projects or launches.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset: skilled at working with product metrics, user feedback, and operational data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can turn complex problems into clear narratives.
  • Hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable both in strategic discussions and tactical execution.
  • Passion for AI, automation, and improving how teams build and deliver products.

As a Senior Product Operations Lead, you will be crucial in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development processes, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and other key stakeholders. The Senior Product Operations Lead will work closely with a tight-knit team of data and operational experts to optimize workflows and support data-driven decision-making to achieve our product strategy and optimize business outcomes.
