• Serve as the primary Cytiva solutions provider for all diagnostic application needs within the assigned territory, representing the company with professionalism and deep customer understanding. • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan in partnership with Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners to drive annual account growth and expand market presence. • Own accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM while achieving quarterly and annual operating plans and driving customer satisfaction and retention. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including marketing‑generated leads, while leading pricing negotiations and supporting complex, strategic deal development. • Collaborate closely with customer R&D and technical teams, alongside internal R&D, FAS, and Product partners, to deliver optimal solutions that accelerate customer success.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences field, in biology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular biology.
- 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
- Experience with magnetic beads, lateral flow, membrane-based applications, or Next Generation Sequencing.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders & to work collaboratively across functions and geographies to drive execution.
- Good analytical skills as well as experience with sales tools such as Saleforce.com.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to present technical presentations and training.
- Ability to coordinate, lead and influence internal and external teams.
