Associate Program Manager, Digital Programs
Airtable
• Manage course uploads, updates, and LMS administration for Airtable Academy • Coordinate publishing workflows for the Airtable Effect, our Digital Programs monthly newsletter • Support rolling cohorts of the AI Incubator bootcamp program • Maintain the front-end experiences for Academy and Community, publishing page updates and updating promotions • Assist with post engagement, community moderation, and spam monitoring • Work with internal teams for coordinating and publishing program communications and announcements • Manage the inbox of our Digital Programs email alias and the routing of inbound requests • Oversee both our internal support channels and support ticket integrations related to digital programs • Coordinate advocacy workflows, including mission creation, contributor tracking, and swag fulfillment • Support external collaborators and program participants with operational needs • Maintain clean handoffs between Community, Marketing, Support, and Education teams • Partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics teams for basic reporting and data hygiene • Help track participation, engagement, and program health metrics • Support ad hoc analysis to inform program improvements and capacity planning
