• Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and well-organized documentation in support of a federal website maintenance and design effort • Support monthly reporting, SOP development, technical and operational documentation, transition documentation, meeting summaries, process guides, and other materials needed to support contract execution and system continuity • Edit written content for clarity, consistency, grammar, formatting, and compliance with federal standards

• Develop manuscripts supporting public health communication initiatives. • Prepare technical and scientific reports for program documentation and reporting. • Draft conference abstracts, summaries, and supporting materials for dissemination of findings. • Develop campaign documentation including background materials, summaries, and supporting communication products. • Collaborate with research, communications, and program teams to translate technical information into clear written products. • Ensure written materials align with campaign messaging and federal communication standards. • Edit and review technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. • Coordinate with project leadership to ensure documentation deliverables meet project schedules and requirements. • Ability to support project activities and coordination with federal stakeholders; travel may occasionally be requested.

• Provide leadership for development of campaign creative assets • Ensure visual consistency across all communication products • Oversee creation of multimedia content including video concepts, graphics, and digital materials • Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and public health communication objectives • Collaborate with communications, research, and digital teams to align creative products with campaign goals • Provide creative direction and review of design, video, and multimedia deliverables • Ensure all creative products meet federal accessibility and communication standards

• Lead formative research activities supporting public health communication initiatives • Conduct environmental scans to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in public health messaging • Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research, including message testing • Translate behavioral science insights into evidence-based communication strategies • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including communications, digital, and evaluation staff • Develop research reports, presentations, and documentation supporting program deliverables • Coordinate research activities to ensure compliance with federal research standards and guidelines • Participate in occasional travel to support project activities and coordination with federal stakeholders

• Oversees contract execution and manages project schedules and deliverables • Coordinates activities across multidisciplinary teams • Serves as the primary liaison with the CDC Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) • Ensures all work complies with federal requirements, reporting standards, and project management expectations • Identifies project risks and implements mitigation strategies to maintain project performance

• Support the development of visual communication products that enhance campaign messaging and audience engagement. • Develop social media graphics, campaign materials, posters, and motion graphics to support campaign outreach. • Ensure visual consistency across campaign materials and maintain alignment with established brand guidelines. • Collaborate with communications, research, and digital teams to develop visually engaging campaign products. • Prepare graphics and visual assets for use across digital platforms.

• Support oversight of day-to-day contract operations • Assist in managing multidisciplinary teams • Help ensure high-quality execution of all task order requirements • Support project planning, staffing oversight, financial tracking, quality assurance, and client relationship management within a federal contracting environment

• Provide individualized case management services tailored to each member’s clinical, social, and administrative needs. • Coordinate medical monitoring, diagnostic services, and treatment for members receiving care through the Nationwide Provider Network (NPN). • Assist members in navigating the WTCHP care continuum, including understanding benefits, treatment pathways, and required documentation. • Support continuity of care by coordinating among NPN providers, the Third-Party Administrator (TPA), Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), and WTCHP Program staff. • Deliver both standard and intensive case management services in accordance with WTCHP Case Management and Utilization Management Standard Operating Procedures. • Identify barriers to care and implement strategies to mitigate those barriers. • Collaborate with NPA utilization management staff to support prior authorization processes related to certified WTC-related conditions. • Monitor trends in utilization and member needs and communicate emerging issues to leadership to inform program improvements. • Serve as an advocate for members by addressing concerns, resolving care coordination issues, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records within the NPA’s secure data and document management systems. • Participate in quality assurance activities, audits, and performance monitoring initiatives.

• Serve as the main point of contact between the Contractor and Government Task Leader, program stakeholders, and SMEs. • Lead day-to-day project operations, establishing timelines, delivery schedules, and quality checkpoints. • Facilitate meetings, progress updates, alignment discussions, and approval workflows. • Manage contract requirements, reporting, documentation, and BPA program management duties. • Oversee development, editing, and organization of content for the National Small Business Resource Guide. • Coordinate closely with writers/editors and designers to ensure accuracy and readability. • Review and finalize success stories collected nationally, ensuring brand alignment. • Ensure content is concise, engaging, and visually supported by infographics, charts, and photos. • Guide layout development to ensure intuitive navigation and visual appeal. • Oversee creation of original graphics, visuals, tables, GIFs, and digital elements. • Ensure publication meets Section 508 Requirements and is delivered as a compliant PDF. • Maintain adherence to nondiscrimination standards and required disclaimers. • Implement rigorous quality control across drafts and final deliverables. • Validate accuracy of digital assets, links, charts, and accessibility components. • Lead final approval, production, and submission of the annual spring publication. • Supervise the project team and additional support staff. • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure high performance across all roles.
