• Meet regularly with key advertisers and agencies to understand their objectives, share insights, and provide recommendations to improve performance and platform outcomes • Support the regional commercial strategy by partnering with clients to design, launch, and manage initiatives that drive adoption, spend growth, and long-term value • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to surface advertiser feedback, identify opportunities, and align commercial operations with broader business goals • Contribute to client relationships regarding program management, program growth acceleration and feature development • Work with the Program Manager to plan and document all aspects of the specific program(s) you are working on • Work across the organization to make sure that the scope and direction of each program is on schedule and all stakeholders know the current status • Help manage program quality - ensure all Koddi contributors are leveraged to improve the quality of the program • Analyze data and make decisions that affect your program(s) on a regular basis • Partner with teams across Koddi to identify and resolve challenges - be the glue and get things done for publishers and partners • Work closely with the delivery teams to help us bring new products and solutions to market

• Lead the strategic planning and prioritization of sales enablement programs in alignment with commercial goals and GTM strategies • Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to Sales and Commercial leadership on enablement approach, sequencing, and impact • Own complex, cross-functional enablement initiatives, influencing without authority to drive alignment and outcomes • Design and deliver enablement programs that address current and future skill, knowledge, and behavioral needs across the sales organization • Architect and maintain scalable curriculum frameworks, learning paths, and content standards within Seismic Learning • Develop, manage, and maintain advanced enablement content in Seismic Learning, including lessons, assignments, assessments, and ongoing optimization • Establish best practices for instructional design, content structure, and learner experience across enablement programs • Communicate enablement strategy, program rationale, progress, and KPIs to senior stakeholders • Measure program effectiveness and translate insights into actionable recommendations for improvement • Mentor and provide guidance to junior enablement team members, offering feedback on program design, content quality, and execution • Support change management efforts by reinforcing adoption of new tools, processes, and messaging through enablement • Stay current on sales enablement trends, learning methodologies, and industry best practices to inform program evolution • Manage and support virtual and in-person training sessions as needed • Perform other duties as assigned • Understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, Business, or related field. - 4 Years Relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Requirements - 3 Years Experience to include at least three years working with health IT applications, preferably with a focus on care solution applications. - At least three years working with project management with a Bachelor's degree. Skills - Proficient in Health IT systems and technologies, preference given to those with high understanding of virtual care solutions and their operational workflows. - Project management skills, including experience with planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure successful delivery. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of conducting root cause analysis and recommending effective solutions. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across various departments and levels of leadership. - Skilled in data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that inform decision-making. - Ability to train and support end-users, providing clear guidance and resources for effective use of virtual care applications. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, enabling effective prioritization and management of multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. - Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to navigate challenging situations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
