• Manage communications with Healthcare Professionals • Handle local budgets and ensure proper templates are utilized • Provide the Attendance Upload template promptly • Coordinate with internal and external vendors for transportation arrangements • Ensure all visa requirements are met and assist with necessary documentation • Use Cvent to manage attendee data • Review local budgets for compliance • Be the primary contact for logistical arrangements related to congress attendance • Be open to performing additional duties that are inherent to the position

• Manages all sub-contractors for timely completion, quality, ensure project is built according to plans, specifications, schedule and budget. • Directs and supervises field personnel with daily schedules including people, equipment, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. • Read, interpret and understand all project documentation such as insurance, permitting, project scheduling, QA/QC requirements, blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, and assembly instruction • Document delays/changes; Daily Completion of RFI's • Maintain and monitor quality standards • Ability to make mathematical computations for load calculations • Coordinate meetings, or contact permitting, building, public works, fire, and police officials as required

• Support Medline’s Sales efforts within a primarily select group of highly complex or major accounts of regional, national or strategic significance. • Support sales strategies and help achieve new revenue targets and service goals for accounts. • Responsible for managing a book of business for existing accounts and generating revenue on assigned accounts. • Support all activities in the operational execution, profitability, maintenance of existing sales volume and development of sales growth.
