• Leiden van technische ontwikkelinitiatieven gericht op structurele kwaliteitsverbetering van producten en diensten • Vertalen van klantfeedback en terugkerende technische issues naar concrete verbeteracties en ontwikkelprioriteiten • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van technische trainingsprogramma’s voor service en installatie technici, met internationale kennisdeling als uitgangspunt • Stimuleren van best-practice-uitwisseling tussen landen en teams • Intensief samenwerken met de Innovation Manager om innovaties af te stemmen op klantbehoeften en marktontwikkelingen • Optimaliseren van servicelocaties op basis van technische analyses en data-inzichten, vanuit ons lokale RMC • Technisch inhoudelijk bijdragen aan presentaties bij key accounts, samen met accountmanagement • Aansturen van de strategische ontwikkeling en schaalvergroting van het RMC • Inzetten van AI en digitale oplossingen om monitoring-, diagnose- en supportcapaciteiten te verbeteren • Fungeren als technisch sparringpartner en adviseur voor het RMC-team, met focus op automatisering, schaalbaarheid en datagedreven besluitvorming

Job Requirements

  • Sterke technische expertise, bij voorkeur in (industriële) koeltechniek en/of verwarmingstechniek
  • Ervaring met leidinggeven is een pré
  • Ervaring met projectmatig werken en het vertalen van visie naar concrete initiatieven
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen; je weet data om te zetten in inzichten en technische oplossingen
  • Affiniteit met business development en het formuleren van technische voorstellen die bijdragen aan commerciële groei
  • Sterke communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden; je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen techniek, management en internationale teams
  • Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Bereidheid om incidenteel binnen Europa te reizen
