• Identify and attract ambassadors, community leaders, bloggers, and influencers to join the GoMining referral program. • Work with crypto communities across X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms. • Communicate directly with partners: onboarding, explaining product value and referral mechanics. • Guide partners to their first active referrals and purchases. • Test and validate hypotheses related to partner types, formats, geographies, and acquisition channels. • Collect feedback from both active and inactive / declined partners to improve the referral program. • Maintain and update partner pipelines in CRM systems (Monday CRM is a strong plus). • Collaborate with affiliate managers, marketing, and product teams to scale referral-driven revenue.

• Report directly to the Head of Land (South) and collaborate closely with colleagues in the regional Land and Ecology Teams. • Play a role in supporting the regional Land Managers within the wider Land Team. • Identify and onboard new land opportunities to establish Habitat Banks, liaising with landowners and agents. • Prioritise the creation of Habitat Banks based on Local Authority BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) demand and known purchaser demand, with input from the sales and finance teams. • Maintain a high profile with external property contacts including agents, landowners etc, in pursuit of opportunities for the company. • Actively seek sites in targeted areas by completing thorough land studies to identify sites that meet the needs of the company. • Oversee and conduct thorough due diligence to assess site suitability for Habitat Bank creation, coordinating with internal teams including ecology, habitat delivery, legal, and finance. • Manage and execute the planning and consenting processes required for habitat creation. • Prepare and negotiate offers with Landowners based on internal assessments and findings from site visits. • Facilitate a smooth landowner process, ensuring effective communication of contractual terms and maintaining close collaboration with the Head of Land for the relevant region and colleagues in the Land and Ecology Teams. Communication will variously be onsite, remote across Teams/ telephone and via letter/email, as appropriate. • Participate in regional and national marketing events to promote Environment Bank and the concept of Habitat Bank creation to farmers and landowners.

• Support and train growers on Arable’s hardware, software, and field intelligence tools • Serve as the local expert in irrigation management, crop-water relationships, and regional agronomy • Customize recommendations and technology workflows to meet each grower’s specific needs • Manage installations of Arable devices across Montgomery County and nearby farmland • Perform field tech work including setup, troubleshooting, in-season maintenance, and system checks • Work safely at heights when necessary (e.g., pivot installations), following all safety protocols • Monitor device performance and ensure timely maintenance throughout the season • Oversee warehouse operations for regional inventory and equipment readiness • Coordinate logistics for device distribution, repair cycles, and installation schedules • Maintain accurate tracking of field assets, inventory, and deployment timelines • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, crop consultants, irrigation specialists, and local ag partners • Stay informed on regional cropping practices and emerging trends in Missouri agriculture • Conduct periodic grower success reviews and identify opportunities for improved adoption and retention • Share grower feedback with internal teams to guide ongoing product development • Support research, pilot programs, and partner projects as needed

• Manage vendors and coordinate all activities of the Onsite Technology Functional Area. • Work with and support their Sr. Venue Technology Manager in the overall planning, design, delivery, implementation, testing, operation, decommissioning, and reinstatement of all technology services and solutions required at their assigned competition or non-competition venue(s). • Contribute to the detailed venue project planning process for your venue(s), ensuring that the technical and operational spaces, power, network, and equipment required by Technology are incorporated into the planning and executing the technology needs of our Hospitality Venue Management teams and other FAs. • Implement the overall strategy for venue operations technology (access control, production, audio/visual, and network infrastructure) to deliver a fantastic experience for our guests. • Create effective working relationships with incumbent venue teams and functional areas, general managers, technology managers, and other key venue stakeholders at the organizing committee and On Location. • Collaborate with technology partners & suppliers, other functional areas, and incumbent venue teams to maintain a detailed installation schedule for their assigned venue(s), identifying priorities and ensuring all stakeholders understand them. • Participate in shifts at the Hospitality Technology Center (HTC) during Load-in, Load-out, and Games time. • Monitor and complete helpdesk tickets and other IT Support requests using the Onsite TEC ITSM. • Support all the technology needs of your Venue Cluster before, during, and after Games time. • Participate in the delivery and retrieval of technology hardware for all competition and operational venues. • Develop effective working relationships with incumbent venue teams and functional areas, general managers, technology managers, and other key venue stakeholders, including FIFA, 3rd-party vendors, and On Location. • Be the principal owner of all the technology needs for your Venue before, during, and after match days. • Provide regular reports to senior management on the technology status at your venues for the duration of the project. • Provide support to other functional areas within your cluster. • Performs other duties as assigned.
