Job Description

Partnerships Manager

Somewhere

Role Description We are looking for a high-impact Partnerships Manager to lead our expansion. This isn’t a "networking" role; it is a performance-driven sales and alliances position. Your mission is to identify, pitch, and secure revenue-share and affiliate programs with Tax Advisors, CPAs, Wealth Managers, Property Management, and Investment companies. These partners are a valuable lead source, and you will own the entire lifecycle from first touch to long-term relationship management. What You Will Own - Strategic Sourcing: Identify and vet the "gatekeepers" of high-net-worth real estate investors and qualify them as partners. - The Pitch: Lead high-impact conversations with US-based professionals to explain how Cost Segregation adds value to their clients while creating a new revenue stream for their firm. - Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring they are incentivized, educated, and equipped to send high-quality referrals. - AI-Driven: Build and iterate on AI workflows to handle company research, lead scraping of property firms, personalized outreach, nurturing, opportunity grading, and more at scale. - Lead Conversion: Collaborate with the team to ensure partnership leads move through the funnel and close at the high rates expected from this channel. Address and fix any issues. Qualifications - An Elite Communicator: You possess a professional accent and the cultural nuance required to build trust with US-based tax and financial professionals who may be skeptical of offshore outreach. - A "Hunter" Mindset: You are comfortable with a variable compensation plan because you trust your ability to drive massive volume. - AI-Forward: You don’t just use Claude; you are interested in building AI functions that automate the research required to find the right property management and accounting firms to target. You understand that less manual work = more conversations = more compensation. - Relationship-First: You understand that in the tax space, a partnership is only as good as the relationship it is built upon.
