Job Summary: This position supports the Weapons System Integration (WSI) team at the F/A-18 & EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265). The candidate must have commensurate experience as a Senior Program Analyst and possess a Secret Clearance. They must have experience with the following tools/applications: - Acquisition Management System (AMS) (CSPT, PMT, & CDRL Modules) - Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) - ASSIST Database Roles and Responsibilities: - The candidate must possess the initiative to support organizing assigned programs and projects, as well as analyze data, create and run reports, and help develop strategies to improve program performance with little oversight or guidance. - The candidate must have the ability to mentor junior team members in advanced skillsets as needed to remove instances of single points of failure. Other desirable experiences and traits: - Identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Make recommendations to optimize the program effort - Create and Implement data management collection techniques - Create and manage budgetary controls & financial management Product Support Tasking - Attend / Participate in strategic planning meetings – record notes and actions, coordinate to gather additional inputs, disseminate and upload to TEAMs for program record. - Ensure Backfit of contract deliverables from CSDT - Manage the AMS reports and data. Coordinate with the acquisitions and Contracts team for updates and corrections. - Create and submit PID workbooks - Intent is for Program analysts to take lead in the PID/PMT meetings to provide status updates and record actions and pertinent discussions. - Develop SPIDs for new efforts - Manage CDRL delivery/review/closeout - Draft and manage contract requirements supporting documentation to include SOWs, CDRLs, and DD254s. Program Management Tasking: - Perform Market Research as needed in support of acquisition - Develop and maintain Contract and CDRL tracker encompassing all active Contracts with associated TO/Dos to ensure compliance and accuracy - Develop and maintain Spend Plan trackers for each funding source - Include SPIDs for all known actions throughout the FYDP - Manage Data and Configuration of Teams information systems to support program of record Basic Qualifications: - Required Education: A MS or MA Degree in a Business related field is required. - Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a master’s degree or Associate’s degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree or six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a master’s degree. - Required Experience: Ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the Roles and Responsibilities. SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY* The Business Continuity Maturity Program Project Manager provides coordination and project management support to a multi-year Business Continuity Management (BCM) maturity program intended to strengthen organizational resilience and support regulatory and audit expectations (including evolving requirements such as NIS2) across prioritized sites, functions, and capabilities. This position combines strong program/project management discipline with deep BCM domain expertise. In addition to driving program governance, planning, and delivery, the role actively partners with business stakeholders to execute BCM lifecycle activities and embed sustainable ways of working. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, IT/Technology Recovery, Security, Engineering & Property Services, Risk/ERM, and other enabling functions) to ensure consistent execution of BCM standards and governance, to support adoption of the BCM methodology, and to deliver measurable maturity progress over time. The role leverages Fusion as the enterprise digital BCM platform to support lifecycle execution, plan digitization, reporting, and enablement, and partners with Fusion personnel to translate BCM needs into effective platform capabilities. NOTE: this position is a duration-based contract of 24 months SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: - Provides program/project management leadership for a multi-year BCM maturity program, including integrated master planning, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, exception management, and executive-ready reporting across a multi-stakeholder environment. - Establishes and runs program governance and operating rhythm, including steering updates, workstream coordination, decision logging, communications, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely delivery and sustained adoption. - Coordinates deployment planning and execution across prioritized sites and functions in alignment with the program roadmap and prioritization criteria. - Partners with business stakeholders to execute BCM lifecycle activities (as applicable to each site/function), including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Process Risk Assessments, recovery strategies, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Crisis Management Plans (CMP), exercises, and tracking of remediation actions. - Drives digitization and quality of BCM deliverables in Fusion, ensuring plans and required data are complete, usable during real events, aligned to standards, and maintained according to lifecycle expectations. - Partners with Fusion digital developers and platform stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, configuration needs, reporting requirements, and enhancement backlog to enable BCM methodology execution. - Execute and maintain BCM maturity roadmap, including baseline maturity assessment approach, target setting, measurement framework, and transparency of progress across sites/functions. - Designs, coordinates, and executes training and enablement programs to build BCM capability, including content development, delivery planning, scheduling, tracking completion, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. - Develops and maintains program standards, templates, and guidance materials, helping ensure consistent execution and audit-ready evidence across the organization. - Ensures effective change management and communications, including stakeholder mapping, adoption planning, and proactive issue resolution to drive sustained capability after initial implementation. SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION* - A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is required; degrees in business, engineering, risk management, emergency management, supply chain, information systems, or related fields preferred. - Min 6 years of relevant experience in business continuity as a sustained capability - Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs over multiple years with measurable delivery outcomes in the business continuity environment. - Experience partnering with business functions and enabling teams to implement standards and sustainable operational capabilities. - Strong facilitation skills with diverse groups and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders. - Fluent knowledge of English language.
