• Own the INSTRUMENT growth funnel end-to-end: acquisition (across paid and owned channels), onboarding/activation, free-to-paid conversion, and retention. • Define the growth hypotheses, design and run experiments (pricing, logged out web pages, onboarding, lifecycle messaging, in-product journeys), and combine quantitative and qualitative data to decide what scales. • Partner closely with design to shape flows from first concept through to shipped experience. You have a strong enough design eye to catch what is off before it reaches engineering. • Drive delivery alongside engineering: write crisp specs, run sprints, track progress, hold the quality bar. • Track performance across your surfaces using our analytics platform, own event instrumentation, and use data to make sharp prioritization calls. • Shape the product side of growth: identify the funnel gaps, propose the hypotheses and when to experiment vs when to ship, and surface the changes that move the needle. • Use modern tools: AI assistants, research synthesizers, internal tooling, as a core part of how you work.
• Own the product strategy and execution for the ecosystem surfaces: home, sharing, creative profiles, follow and discovery mechanics, logged-out web landing pages, and paiement flows. • Run a continuous discovery loop: user interviews, session replays, usability tests, focused on the moments that happen before and after the core creative experience. • Partner closely with design to shape flows from first concept through to shipped experience. • Work across strategic agentic music product surfaces, moving where the highest-leverage learning is. • Turn fuzzy product opportunities into crisp hypotheses, prototypes, specs, eval plans, and shipped experiments. • Partner with engineering to understand the underlying system: prompts, tools, APIs, search, personalization, model behavior, latency, cost, and quality. • Build or prototype directly when that is the fastest way to learn. • Work closely with design to make agentic experiences feel native to the creator workflow, not bolted on. • Run lightweight discovery with creators: usability sessions, dogfood loops, session reviews, and direct feedback. • Define what “good” means for AI behavior: when the system should ask, act, suggest, search, generate, or stay out of the way. • Translate creator intent into product and technical requirements that engineers, designers, researchers, and music-domain experts can act on. • Use modern AI tools as part of your daily workflow to move faster, synthesize faster, and make ideas tangible sooner. • Help develop the operating playbook for how Splice builds agentic music products.
• Refresh the Kits brand. The product is evolving from a vocal processing tool into a complete AI vocal creation suite. The brand needs to reflect that. You'll define the new visual identity, ensure it holds up in context with the Splice family, and bring it to life across product and marketing surfaces. • Design the AI vocal creation workflow. The core Kits experience spans vocal generation, transformation, and cloning — a stack that producers currently piece together across multiple tools. You'll design the end-to-end workflow that collapses that process into something that feels both powerful and inevitable. Every step needs to be clear, controllable, and made for producers. • Make ethical AI visible. Kits' commitment to licensed, ethically sourced voice models is a genuine differentiator. That commitment needs to be felt in the product, not just stated in the marketing. You'll design the guardrails, disclosures, and trust signals that make a producer confident in what they're using and why. • Design for multiple surfaces. Phase one is the web product. Phase two is a VST plugin, desktop app, and improved mobile experience. You'll think across these contexts from the start, designing in a way that scales without starting over. • Own the product's marketing and growth surfaces. Kits' site and acquisition funnel are part of your scope. The landing page, onboarding flow, and subscription experience all need to hold together with the same quality as the product itself. • Set the design foundation. There is an existing system, but it’s ready to get an overhaul. You'll build the components, patterns, and documentation that let the team move faster over time. • Use AI-native tools. Cursor, Claude, or similar tools are a standard part of your design and prototyping workflow.
• Own product growth and performance for Kits AI across funnel optimization, activation, retention, pricing, and monetization. • Drive Kits product strategy: identify high-impact opportunities and launch product and growth initiatives that move the business. • Productize new ML capabilities into valuable creator-facing products and workflows, partnering closely with research and engineering. • Develop a deep customer understanding through user interviews, analytics, and automated customer insight pipelines. • Track product performance in our data-analysis platform, own experimentation, and use data to make sharp prioritization calls. • Leverage the latest AI tools to dramatically accelerate your workflow, from shipping features directly to production with AI coding tools to building custom internal systems for customer insight, research, and product discovery.
• Build and ship fullstack features across multiple AI-first products, including agentic music production and audio ML experiences like voice conversion, synthesis, and composition • Work directly with PMs and designers to take rough ideas to shipped product quickly, owning the full arc from ticket to production • Integrate and serve audio ML models in production and build the creator-facing surfaces that bring them to life • Develop agents and AI-powered workflows that do real, meaningful work inside the product • Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) as a core part of your daily development workflow • Own features end to end, prototype, production, reliability monitoring, and iteration • Uphold code quality and architectural standards even when moving fast, reading diffs line by line and writing tests for production-facing PRs • Contribute to a codebase that improves over time, with integrated reliability monitoring and a measurable weekly impact on shipped features
• Build and own the research pipeline: run usability testing sessions, analyze session replays and user interviews, and keep the team continuously connected to what creators actually need. • Partner closely with designers to spot opportunities, shape solutions end-to-end, and drive them all the way to launch, not just hand off specs. • Own delivery alongside engineering: run sprints, track progress, and hold the bar on quality so improvements ship on time and feel polished. • QA new features and improvements before release — every time, without exception. • Track product performance in our data-analysis platform, own event instrumentation, and use data to make sharp prioritization calls. • Help grow our creator base, owning the funnel from first experience through to meaningful engagement and retention. • Use modern tools (vibe coding assistants, research synthesizers, internal tooling) as a core part of how you work and scale your impact.
• Supporting clients' custom and off-the-shelf software through all phases of the lifecycle • Owns the change request process and may coordinate with other teams as necessary • Provides technical advice and weighs in on technical decisions that impact cross functional teams • Researches and may propose new technologies • Develops and owns list of final enhancements • Develops and defines application scope and objectives and prepares technical and/or functional specifications • Performs technical design reviews and code reviews • May own technical testing to ensure unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements • Assesses current status and supports data information planning • Coordinates on-call support and ensures effective monitoring of system • Mentors others and may lead multiple or small to medium sized projects • Provides technical guidance, and mentoring • Maintain application and environment configuration through automated processes • Monitor testing and production environments to ensure stable operation • Perform initial triage of application issues to ensure rapid resolution
• Work directly with the founding team on developing: the company Python SDK, first-party packages and plugins and bridges to third-party tools etc.
• Responsible for owning the product UI/UX and designing core workflows • Conduct user and market research to better understand customers • Design the brand
