General Description: The Director, USMA Field Medical Excellence, reporting to the Senior Director, USMA Field Medical Excellence, will support BeOne’s Medical Affairs field teams across the US. This position’s primary focus will be on activities involving the identification and optimization of digital tools and systems and technology advances utilized by Field Medical for HCP identification, scientific interactions, performance monitoring and reporting, and demonstration of impact. This role will work cross- functionally with commercial, business analytics, IT and Medical Affairs field management to optimize the effectiveness of Field Medical Directors and Medical Affairs within BeOne. This role will consider candidates at the Associate Director, Director and Senior Director level based on experience. Essential Functions of the Job: - Implement and optimize utility of relevant digital systems and tools - Assess industry advances and BeOne Medical opportunities around digital systems and tools, AI, etc. and facilitate solutions to improve (1) tracking Field Medical performance and impact (e.g., CRM and systems generating Leadership dashboards and reports), (2) HCP identification and internal/external activity monitoring and engagement prompts, (3) field-use content management and presentation to HCPs, (4) internal approval systems and repositories - Act as Field Medical expert and resource for our digital systems and tools (including AI tools); Deliver new and refresher trainings to Field Medical colleagues on relevant BeOne digital systems and to - Enhance methods for measuring and reporting metrics and KPIs - Implement approaches to improve methods for tracking and reporting Field Medical metrics/KPIs and demonstration of value and impact (via HCP surveys, dashboards, push reports, etc.) and work with Field Medical Leadership to prepare templates and reports for activity assessments, business reviews, Sr Leadership meetings, etc. - Improve and standardize Field Medical onboarding, lists and system access management - Implement onboarding checklists for new hires, monitor and maintain relevant Field Medical distribution lists, Teams channel memberships, territory maps, HCP target lists, access/licenses to digital systems, etc. Supervisory Responsibilities: - None Computer Skills: Advanced competency in Teams, excel, PPT and related software Other Qualifications: Advanced competency in digital tools and advances in Pharma, including CRMs, AI, omnichannel, content management solutions, etc. Travel: 10-20% Global Competencies When we exhibit our values of Patients First, Driving Excellence, Bold Ingenuity and Collaborative Spirit, through our twelve global competencies below, we help get more affordable medicines to more patients around the world. - Fosters Teamwork - Provides and Solicits Honest and Actionable Feedback - Self-Awareness - Acts Inclusively - Demonstrates Initiative - Entrepreneurial Mindset - Continuous Learning - Embraces Change - Results-Oriented - Analytical Thinking/Data Analysis - Financial Excellence - Communicates with Clarity Salary Range: $192,100.00 - $252,100.00 annuallyBeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
