• Manage estimate‑level technology costs for applicable projects across annual budgets • Compare monthly SharePoint and Project Management system data feeds to prior periods and identify cost variances • Investigate and document the reasoning for estimate changes by coordinating with Project Managers, Technology Coordinators, and Finance • Detect data anomalies such as missing dates, incorrect work types, unassigned coding, or incomplete project records • Serve as a liaison among Real Estate Leadership, Project Execution Leads, Technology, Finance, and Vendor teams • Prepare monthly PowerPoint decks summarizing forecast changes, variances, and trends for senior leadership

• Support tax analysis of sales tax operations, ensuring the correct application of taxes, rates and tax regimes; • Analyze and define tax rules related to Substituição Tributária (Tax Substitution), DIFAL (interstate differential tax), triangular transactions, NCM, CST and other tax obligations; • Support the technical team in designing tax rules for system configuration, ensuring compliance with tax requirements; • Contribute to defining how invoices should be issued from 2027 onward, considering the new taxes introduced by the reform (CBS, IBS and IS); • Serve as a functional reference between the business areas and the technology team on tax matters; • Support processes related to Oracle, Tax One and DFe systems from both tax and accounting perspectives; • Assist in the interpretation and application of the new rules stemming from the Brazilian Tax Reform; • Participate in testing, validation and functional analyses related to tax changes within systems; • Advise users and stakeholders on the tax and system impacts of fiscal changes; • Support analysis and resolution of issues related to tax and fiscal processes.

• Support annual merit and bonus cycles, including scenario modeling, forecasting, and budget tracking. • Refine and maintain advanced compensation models—salary structures, pay bands, incentive designs, and cost analyses. • Partner closely with FP&A to ensure compensation recommendations align with budgetary guardrails and financial strategy. • Prepare executive‑level dashboards, presentations, and analyses for leadership and Board committees. • Conduct market benchmarking using survey providers (Pave, Mercer, Radford, Payscale, etc.). • Maintain and enhance job leveling frameworks; ensure consistent, equitable role alignment. • Evaluate new and updated roles for internal equity and competitive market position. • Utilize HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, ADP, UKG, SuccessFactors) to extract, validate, and analyze compensation and workforce data. • Independently gather, clean, and reconcile data from multiple systems (HRIS, ATS, Finance, etc.) to create unified insights in a single reporting environment. • Identify trends, compression risks, pay equity gaps, and financial impacts using advanced analytics. • Develop automated and ad‑hoc dashboards to support ongoing and strategic compensation decision‑making. • Support cyclical and ongoing pay equity reviews and regulatory compliance reporting. • Maintain compensation policies, ensuring alignment with compensation philosophy, best practices, and governance. • Create and update SOPs, manager guides, and compensation toolkits to drive consistency in compensation decisions. • Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness for all compensation‑related processes. • Partner with HRIS teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of compensation and employee data. • Support system configuration and data loads for compensation cycles, including merit uploads and bonus payouts. • Conduct periodic and exception‑based data audits to ensure integrity across systems. • Identify inefficiencies in compensation and broader P&C workflows; propose and implement process improvements. • Support strengthening documentation, workflows, and operational standards within P&C Operations. • Assist with workforce analytics, headcount reporting, and compensation documentation for compliance purposes.
