Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other similar business major
- Moderate excel skills
- General understanding of a company’s month-end close cycle
- Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting
- Strong attention to detail, be well-organized and have solid interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail/accuracy. Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.
- Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.
- Nice to Have: Completion of multiple upper-level accounting courses
- Understanding of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standards
- Understanding of SAAS.
