Role Description The Operations Intern plays a pivotal role in the success of the LaunchX summer program by overseeing student success and engagement, data analytics, and creating crucial reports to monitor the program’s success. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programs. This is a remote, full-time, temporary, intern role that requires full focus during LaunchX student sessions. Interns will actively engage with LaunchX sessions throughout the day, supporting the Lead Intern, Instructors, Administrative Coordinator, and Head of Operations. An inherent eagerness to guide students in their learning journey and maintain their enthusiasm for entrepreneurship is crucial. Position Term: May 25 – August 18 2026 Special Note: We understand that many applicants are college students with varying availability during May. Please note that during the first week of work (May 25–May 31), the expected time commitment will be approximately 10–20 hours. If you anticipate limited availability beyond these dates, please indicate this in your application so we can plan accordingly. Responsibilities - Support in setting up student logistics of calendars, team Google Drive folders and materials, and forms - Check Zoom reports and record classroom attendance - Review course feedback, student weekly surveys, and staff surveys to identify ways to improve – both in real-time and for future sessions – and to refine how we coach teams and companies and deliver actionable reports - Manage mentor network: Ensure teams are properly supported by mentor network through setting up and facilitating mock board and/or mentor meetings - Monitor the course platform for student submissions and ensure follow up with students as needed in a timely basis - Manage Fillout to support daily operations and submit a report of students who are “at-risk” to the Student Experience Lead daily - Submit daily warning, probation, and removal lists of students to the Program Manager - Manage Demo Day planning and day-of logistics - Provide live technical support as needed for our platforms including but not limited to Zoom, Google Suite, and assignment submissions via Google Classroom - Additional support as needed Requirements - Problem-solving skills & initiative to think through ambiguous scenarios - Ability to work remotely on both team and independent projects - Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - Good detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once within established deadlines - Expertise in using standard office software and communication tools for effective coordination and documentation - Eagerness to master new softwares and technologies - Experience working with Google Suite, Airtable, and LMS are a plus - Flexible and collaborative team player adept at providing comprehensive support across diverse roles - Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a personal laptop - Must successfully pass a background check Compensation This is an intern-level paid position with a compensation of $15 USD per hour or the local minimum wage, whichever is higher.

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of current growth operations (prospect research, pitch decks, deal stages, handoffs, NDA/pricing flows, etc.). • Deliver a prioritized roadmap that separates quick wins from longer-term investments. • Triage and remove the highest-impact operational pain points. • Design and operationalize playbooks to enable prospect research, discovery, strategic pricing, etc. • Establish operating procedures to standardize pre-meeting preparation, proposals, pricing guardrails and NDA workflow. • Create reusable enablement assets (starter pitch decks, SOW templates, proposal checklists). • In partnership with Head of Growth, assess tooling needs for optimizing the growth motion. • Define and implement SLAs and escalation rules (e.g., NDA turnaround, pricing approvals, deck readiness). • Instrument KPIs that link process adherence to outcomes (win rate, time-to-proposal, deal velocity) and report monthly. • Partner with Legal, Finance and Product to operationalize contract/pricing flows and reduce friction.
• Lead operations across multiple care centers, ensuring consistent service delivery, quality standards, and operational efficiency. • Translate organizational strategy into executable operational plans that support growth, access to care, and patient outcomes. • Establish and monitor KPIs related to utilization, capacity, staffing, financial performance, and patient experience. • Partner closely with Clinical Directors and executive leadership to support high-quality, ethical, and compliant care services. • Ensure operational practices align with clinical best practices and regulatory requirements. • Oversee center leaders and operations managers; coach and develop high-performing teams. • Own operating budgets and cost controls; partner with finance to manage margins and center-level P&Ls.
