Senior Sales Operations Support Manager

• Responsible for management and development of programs that will drive revenue/volume growth and mitigate customer churn. • Management of sales incentive plans/customer service bonus plans and monthly targets (quotas). • Work with Commercial (Sales and Customer Service), FP&A, Operations, and Enviri’s Compensation Leadership Teams to strategize, develop, and communicate programs and plans. • Ensure reporting is in place for participants to understand their progress towards plan payouts. • Lead projects to utilize technology to increase the efficiency of the incentive process. • Provide analytical framework and insights to ensure plan performance is strategically effective.
Job Requirements
- Experience designing, implementing, and computing incentive plans for various roles.
- Education equivalent to Bachelor’s degree in Business or the equivalent in related work experience.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills required. Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, etc.) and Power BI (e.g., Power Query, DAX). SQL experience is preferred.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience with data-driven analyses and providing recommendations for plan administration.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexible and can handle change positively.

• Lead operations across multiple care centers, ensuring consistent service delivery, quality standards, and operational efficiency. • Translate organizational strategy into executable operational plans that support growth, access to care, and patient outcomes. • Establish and monitor KPIs related to utilization, capacity, staffing, financial performance, and patient experience. • Partner closely with Clinical Directors and executive leadership to support high-quality, ethical, and compliant care services. • Ensure operational practices align with clinical best practices and regulatory requirements. • Oversee center leaders and operations managers; coach and develop high-performing teams. • Own operating budgets and cost controls; partner with finance to manage margins and center-level P&Ls.
• Will own Quote-to-Order processes • Responsible to create and update sales quotes • Will assist sales with Licensing and Pricing strategies in Excel • Receive and Process orders • Coordinate and assist with Partner transactions (Global Footprints, DLT) • Will ensure Order Accuracy • Resolve rejected orders, working with Finance, Sales, and/or Customers as needed • Will send order confirmation communications to customers • Will support Senior Leader special projects or initiatives
• Own day-to-day operational oversight of pharmacovigilance activities across global clinical trials • Ensure regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and data quality in a GxP environment • Build and manage PV vendor oversight models that scale into commercial operations • Play a key role in the clinical-to-commercial transition, supporting post-marketing PV readiness • Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical, Biostatistics, and Quality
