Manager, Enterprise Applications – Tech Ops, SAP
Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc.
• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions across the entire value chain • Own the end-to-end design, configuration, integration, and validation of SAP S/4HANA solutions • Actively participate in, and often lead, validation activities • Manage and prioritize project timelines, budgets, and resources for S/4HANA rollouts and enhancement projects • Provide critical Tier 2/3 operational support, including troubleshooting and complex issue resolution • Develop and provide ongoing, role-based training and SOPs for end-users
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in implementing and configuring SAP ERP systems
- minimum of 5 years specifically on SAP S/4HANA
- Deep functional expertise in SAP modules relevant to Supply Chain and Tech Ops, including SD (Sales & Distribution), LE (Logistics Execution), PP (Production Planning), and EWM (Extended/Warehouse Management)
- Familiarity with FI/CO (AR) integration is essential
- Proven experience within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
- Strong background in designing and implementing integrations between SAP and external systems
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Lead operations across multiple care centers, ensuring consistent service delivery, quality standards, and operational efficiency. • Translate organizational strategy into executable operational plans that support growth, access to care, and patient outcomes. • Establish and monitor KPIs related to utilization, capacity, staffing, financial performance, and patient experience. • Partner closely with Clinical Directors and executive leadership to support high-quality, ethical, and compliant care services. • Ensure operational practices align with clinical best practices and regulatory requirements. • Oversee center leaders and operations managers; coach and develop high-performing teams. • Own operating budgets and cost controls; partner with finance to manage margins and center-level P&Ls.
• Will own Quote-to-Order processes • Responsible to create and update sales quotes • Will assist sales with Licensing and Pricing strategies in Excel • Receive and Process orders • Coordinate and assist with Partner transactions (Global Footprints, DLT) • Will ensure Order Accuracy • Resolve rejected orders, working with Finance, Sales, and/or Customers as needed • Will send order confirmation communications to customers • Will support Senior Leader special projects or initiatives
