Mid-level Business Analyst – Planning and Projects

• Develop and structure strategic Demand Generation projects, focusing on automations, development and use of artificial intelligence, enabling channel initiatives (inbound, outbound, events, partnerships, MGM (referral programs), cross-sell) and internal commercial operation projects. • Serve as a bridge between strategy and execution, turning business needs into practical, scalable, data-driven solutions (e.g., process automations, qualification flows, tool integrations, funnel improvements). • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across different channels and areas, navigating teams such as marketing, sales and operations to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, scope and project deliveries for the area. • Monitor, analyze and report on Demand Generation performance, tracking funnel metrics, identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous optimization actions in partnership with the channels. • Support the development of the team’s quarterly and annual plans, contributing analyses, projections, historical learnings and scenario simulations to inform strategic decisions. • Contribute to the evolution of the team’s intelligence by organizing data, structuring analyses, documenting learnings and strengthening governance of metrics, processes and rituals with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Strong business sense, with the ability to understand the business context, question assumptions, prioritize problems that create real impact, evaluate trade-offs and connect operational initiatives to strategic objectives.
- Experience with generative AI tools and models, including prompt creation, testing use cases and assessing practical impact on day-to-day operations. Experience building or maintaining automation flows using low-code/no-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make or similar, integrating systems and data to solve real operational problems.
- Practical knowledge of BI tools, including advanced spreadsheets and intermediate-level SQL.
- Ability to structure and execute projects in an agile way, performing well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, short learning cycles and a strong delivery focus.
- Experience analyzing and monitoring performance metrics, comfortable working with data and KPIs, interpreting results, generating hypotheses and proposing practical improvement actions.
- Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders across areas and channels, with the ability to align expectations, foster constructive discussions, communicate decisions and rapidly adjust course.
- Hands-on, critical and results-oriented profile, with autonomy, a constant focus on continuous improvement, strong prioritization skills and a desire to learn quickly.
