• Responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive business data and analytics strategy and roadmap for the Customer Success organization. • Drives the adoption of the enterprise data platform and adherence to data governance frameworks within the Customer Success organization. • Build and lead a team of data professionals. • Develops and executes the Customer Success organization’s data and analytics strategy that enables the business’ strategic and tactical objectives. • Implements process and quality improvement efforts across Customer Success. • Designs and implements dashboards, visualizations, and reports that distill complex information into actionable insights. • Partners with senior leadership across Customer Success to provide data solutions that report KPIs, track performance, and ensure alignment with business goals. • Leads the formulation and execution of Customer Success data and analytics strategy, balancing self-service capabilities with core reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Typically requires 7+ years in a data analytics leadership role with a focus on strategy development, data governance, and reporting.
  • 3 years of commercial and/or consumer lending experience
  • Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning).
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Solid experience in developing and executing business intelligence strategies and managing BI.
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs, and using data to inform executive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
