Role Description The Director, Accounting will assist the Controller in managing the overall accounting process, financial statement preparation and tax preparation for both the 501(c)(3) Sandy Hook Promise Foundation and the 501(c)(4) Sandy Hook Promise Action Fund. The Director, Accounting will manage and support our revenue processing and accounts payable processing functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions. This position will manage a full team of four and work closely with other members of the organization. This position will report to the Controller.
