Role Description As a key member of the Finance team, this role will assist in managing the contract approval process throughout the organization including: - Contract review - Routing - Visibility - Execution - Organization - Filing Will consult with outside legal when necessary. Assist in managing state and local jurisdiction compliance such as: - Business registrations - Various state taxes (withholding, unemployment, PFL accounts) - Acquiring and renewing sales tax exemptions - Filing of annual reports - Maintaining charitable solicitation registrations and registered agents in all states as required This role will report to the CFO. Job Requirements
