Role Description BAE Systems is seeking a Principal level Supplier Quality Engineer with a specialized focus on Chemical Agent Resistance Coating (CARC) to support audits, supplier-specific requirements and offer technical support to suppliers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards, minimize quality costs, and maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring that procedures and processes are compliant. This position is "fully remote" with travel of up to 75%. A self-starter and problem solver, you will utilize analytical skills to find innovative solutions to quality-related issues. You'll use your exceptional communication skills to ensure suppliers understand requirements and expectations.
