• Support agencies with information security program implementation and compliance initiatives. • Conduct interviews with business owners, technical teams, administrators, and third-party stakeholders to gather security and compliance requirements. • Develop, document, and maintain security policies, procedures, and governance artifacts. • Track and monitor Information Security implementation plans and remediation activities. • Perform compliance assessments against established security frameworks and control standards. • Review agency documentation and provide recommendations to strengthen security posture and compliance readiness. • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and risk reduction. • Assist in developing corrective action plans (CAP) and Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M). • Support multiple concurrent security and compliance initiatives while maintaining project timelines. • Prepare reports, findings, and compliance status updates for leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure alignment with state security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Provide guidance regarding LIHTC transaction structures. • Assist with preparation and review of financial models. • Prepare and/or review 50% Test and 95/5 Test calculations. • Support investor due diligence and equity closing requirements. • Assist with calculation of eligible basis, qualified basis, and applicable fractions. • Support preparation of IRS Form 8609 documentation. • Assist with preparation and review of cost certifications. • Advise on compliance with IRS Section 42 requirements and tax credit regulations. • Provide technical consultation related to bond-financed and RAD transactions.

• Maintain development cost ledgers and project accounting records. • Track sources and uses of funds. • Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation. • Assist with project draw requests and funding requisitions. • Reconcile development expenditures to budgets and financing sources. • Prepare variance analyses and financial reports. • Support investor, lender, and auditor requests. • Assist with preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules.

• Manage engagement workflow and project timelines. • Coordinate development accounting activities from pre-development through project completion. • Review project budgets, development cost schedules, and sources and uses statements. • Assist in financial modeling and transaction analysis. • Coordinate investor reporting and lender reporting requirements. • Monitor project expenditures and financing compliance requirements. • Review supporting documentation for cost certification and tax credit calculations. • Supervise accounting staff assigned to the engagement. • Participate in project status meetings and provide management updates.

• Serve as the primary point of contact with MPHA executive management and project stakeholders. • Provide strategic oversight of all engagement activities. • Review and approve major financial analyses and deliverables. • Advise on accounting treatment for development costs, developer fees, ownership entities, and partnership structures. • Review project financing structures and financial models. • Participate in meetings with investors, lenders, attorneys, and development partners as required. • Review final cost certifications, financial statements, audit reports, and tax filings. • Ensure compliance with HUD, IRS, GAAP, and applicable affordable housing regulations. • Provide technical guidance and training to MPHA staff regarding LIHTC, RAD, bond financing, and development accounting matters.

• Maintain complete and accurate general ledgers in compliance with HUD accounting protocols using Tenmast and/or Yardi platforms. • Post journal entries timely and accurately. • Prepare and reconcile monthly trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger detail reports. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations. • Record and reconcile financial transactions for Public Housing, Capital Fund Program (CFP), and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs. • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules using Tenmast and Yardi reporting modules. • Assist with the preparation of annual operating budgets and budget revisions. • Prepare and submit the unaudited Financial Data Schedule (FDS) to HUD REAC. • Review accounting processes and recommend improvements to internal controls. • Train Agency accounting staff on HUD accounting requirements.

• Maintain and support enterprise Case Management and Juror Management applications built on CA Plex. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. • Design, develop, and implement enhancements to business rules, workflows, screens, batch processes, and reports. • Work within the CA Plex development environment to update objects, functions, and relationships. • Develop and optimize MS SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data fixes. • Support integrations with external agencies and third-party systems. • Assist with reporting, data extracts, and data warehouse support. • Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Support enterprise-level reporting, analytics, and data management activities • Design, build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using SQL, MySQL, and Power BI • Work with large structured and unstructured datasets • Perform trend analysis, performance analysis, and predictive forecasting • Provide guidance to business users on metrics, reporting structures, and data interpretation

• Support enterprise security monitoring, threat detection, and detection engineering initiatives • Develop, tune, and maintain security detections • Monitor threat intelligence sources and translate emerging threats into actionable detections • Collaborate with SOC Analysts and Threat Hunters to improve detection capabilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain complex Epic research interfaces and integrations. • Build and support secure API integrations between Epic, REDCap, OnCore, SPARC, and third-party applications. • Develop HL7 and FHIR-based interfaces to securely exchange healthcare data. • Create secure data structures, perform data validation, and support large-scale healthcare data analysis. • Work closely with Epic Security teams to ensure compliance and secure clinical data exchange. • Support Epic Research workflows and advanced Epic clinical build activities. • Collaborate with OnCore and SPARC development teams to implement FHIR-based clinical trial integrations. • Troubleshoot, test, maintain, and optimize enterprise healthcare interfaces. • Support ongoing application development, enhancement, and integration initiatives. • Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.
