In this role you will: - Oversee and advance deals through each stage of the funding funnel, collaborating cross-functionally to eliminate bottlenecks, maintain momentum, and achieve daily funding and conversion targets with precision and speed. - Work and communicate with ISO sales reps and decision makers to fund opportunities. - Proactively reach out to ISO sales reps to attempt to win deals through exceptions to deal terms. - Provide excellent customer service to our ISO partners; taking responsibility to resolve issues and build trust while creating a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment. - Effectively collaborate with the underwriting team to drive profitable volume. - Manage the flow of deal requirements and help to keep the sales pipeline moving along in a timely manner. - Problem-solve with internal teams to figure out opportunities for process improvement. - Act with urgency to ensure timely responses to requests both internally and externally. • Play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll operations across the United States and Canada. • Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for all employees based in the United States and Canada. • Maintain documentation for all payroll transactions. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state/provincial, and local payroll tax regulations and filing requirements. • Partner with the People Team to manage benefits deductions, leaves of absence, and new hire onboarding within the payroll system. • Reconcile payroll data including earnings, taxes, deductions and liabilities and prepare detailed reports for the Finance department and executive leadership. • Stay current on changes in labor laws and payroll tax updates in both the US and Canada to ensure organizational compliance. • Audit payroll records periodically to maintain data integrity and respond to internal or external audit requests. • Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding pay, tax withholdings, and deductions with a high level of customer service.
