• Responsible for Application Engineering activities for Conveyor Products. • Implement the segment's strategy while maintaining balance between strategic initiatives and operational tasks. • Provide on-site support and troubleshooting applications for our main customer in Arizona. • Initiate and supervise implementation of related Application Engineering activities (Customer projects, technical changes, quality improvements) • Conduct field inspections, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for Conveyor Products • Safeguard committed standards of quality guidelines (internal and external), quality awareness, customer quality targets and observes customer care commitments • Segment strategy development and execution with their area of responsibility including deployment to and through their teams. • Analyze the market and technology and provide input to business strategies • Align with Product Development and Product Management of requirements and needs for the region • Attend strategic meetings with customers, conferences etc. to provide technical input or present the best engineered solution as possible • Select and suggest best suited product specification for the application

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Sales & Service Center (SSC) regarding .COM portal issues and functionality questions • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application incidents, performance issues, code-level defects, and platform-related problems across .NET, Kentico, and related components • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes or workarounds to restore service quickly • Investigate and resolve content integration issues within the Kentico CMS environment • Support integrations with downstream systems, including CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM), APIs, and shared services

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. • Deliver complete mechanical designs including, tolerance stacks, coordinate CTE/Structural analysis, and assembly procedures • Develop CAD design and software workflows that convert parametric models from NX CAD geometry into formats that can be used by engineering teams and control systems within analysis algorithms • Develop software automation tools that enable users to interact with NX data from Python • Develop software tooling for integrating NX model parameters, coordinate systems, and geometry in existing scientific software tooling • Utilize software tools and the NXOpen API to enable coordinate transformations and quick access to a single source of truth • Have experience with ASME Y14.100 and ASME Y14.5 standards • Develop software tooling to ensure that CAD designs and documentation comply with industry and internal CAD standards • Be part of a matrix organization as a member of the CAD Team reporting to a CAD Team Leader/Manager • Work within a multi-disciplinary and proven team of top scientists and engineers to support our functional teams
