Your role at a glance The Learning & Development Partner at NTT Global Data Centres will play a key role in supporting the development of our teams globally. Working with SMEs to digitize knowledge ensuring accessibility, scalability, and learner-centric design. - Able to deliver high quality training and facilitate workshops across a range of business areas. What we are looking for ? - Familiarity with training delivery methodologies and adult learning principles. - Strong experience in digital learning design and delivery. - Experience supporting qualification tracking or training compliance in an operational setting. - Experience working in a multinational or regionally distributed organization. - Proven experience in a training coordination, HR, or operations support role (ideally in a technical or industrial setting). - Strong organizational and Project Management skills. - Ability to manage stakeholders, priorities and expectation across multiple regions. - Ability to work independently while contributing to broader team goals and strategies. - Prior experience in a Data Centre, IT infrastructure, or technical services environment is preferred. - Willingness to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across different time zones to design and implement holistic training solutions.
