Director, Revenue Cycle Education – Operational Enablement

• Set the enterprise education and training strategy for the team, and the Rev Cycle learner audience they serve, to be aligned to business goals, workforce planning, and future skills required • Engages key partners to foster and maintain strong collaborative relationships so that both the education team and the teams they serve can be successful • Operationalize measurement and report s for success metrics that tie learning to performance, mobility, and retention • Ensure that all education and training activities are in alignment with adult education best practices • Analyze current trends, industry direction, and adult learning theory research to help set strategy for areas of responsibility • Drive a continuous learning culture with leaders as sponsors, communities of practice, and performance support in the flow of work • Analyzes complex revenue cycle problems to extract educational components and provides direction in prioritization and implementation of appropriate educational strategies and tactics • Oversee organizational development projects and inter-departmental committees to determine revenue cycle education requirements that support a wide variety of business initiatives • Lead, coach and scale to build a highly effective team with a proven impact • Establish a coaching ecosystem and integrate learning into performance management and succession planning • Develop and manage operating budgets and control expenses within approved budget objectives
Job Requirements
- Typically requires 7 years of experience in developing and implementing training programs in the revenue cycle, healthcare or large organization with multiple learner audiences
- 5 years of management experience in Education, Learning & Development, or related space
- Knowledge in developing and executing educational programs that effectively translate information and workflows into teachings that inspire learner involvement and action
- Experience in successfully validating education and training impact with data
- Technology, automation, and AI driven
- Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: If responsible for Mid-Revenue Cycle education, relevant industry certification from an approved accrediting body is required
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in education, Training & Development, Instructional Design, I/O Psychology, Healthcare Administration or related field.
