Role Description We are seeking a Business Development Representative to serve as a strategic link between our Marketing and Sales teams. In this role, you will execute data-driven outreach strategies tied to marketing initiatives—such as events, webinars, and content downloads—while conducting targeted cold outreach. Beyond campaign follow-up, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new dermatology practices to expand our database. Your primary objective is to cultivate high-quality leads that consistently fuel our sales pipeline. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Campaign-Based Outreach - Conduct outbound calling and emailing campaigns aligned with Marketing initiatives (e.g., following up with webinar attendees or newsletter subscribers). - Articulate the value of Ezderm by referencing the specific content or events the prospect engaged with. - Provide feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams on which campaigns and messages are resonating best with prospects. - Prospecting & Research - Identify and research new dermatology practices that are not currently in our system. - Build your own lists of potential clients using research tools (LinkedIn, Google, industry directories) to ensure our database is constantly growing. - Verify contact information to ensure we are reaching the right decision-makers. - Lead Qualification - Make 50+ outbound calls daily to both cold leads and warm marketing leads. - Qualify prospects by analyzing their current tech stack and pain points. - Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team. Qualifications - You know how to bypass gatekeepers, handle objections, and find the right person to talk to. - You are skilled at scouring the internet to find new clinics and contact details that others miss. - Since you sit on the Marketing team, you understand how to align your pitch with broader company messaging and branding. - You manage your time efficiently in a remote environment and are driven by hitting targets. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in a Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation role. - Proven track record of hitting or exceeding call and appointment quotas. - Experience researching and building prospect lists from scratch. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay). - Background in Healthcare, SaaS, or selling to medical practices.
