• Oversee trade licensing and certification programs, ensuring program quality, instructor coordination, and curriculum support • Review, update, and improve curriculum, course materials, and study guides • Ensure programs meet quality, compliance, and industry standards • Monitor program metrics, student progress, and outcomes • Collaborate with instructors, curriculum designers, and eLearning teams • Participate in operations and quality-related meetings • Provide guidance and support to instructors as needed • Perform other program-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Professional experience in trades, technical, or industrial fields (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater, manufacturing)
  • Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or reviewing course materials
  • Experience with online learning platforms and tools (Zoom, Moodle, Google Docs/Slides)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including guiding teams or providing mentorship
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, or initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to provide guidance on technical content, program quality, and operational best practices
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results in a remote environment
