• Take full accountability for the planning, execution, and delivery of core internal system upgrades and tech-driven projects. • Critically evaluate current workflows and leverage modern software, internal tools, and automation to streamline operations. • Coordinate and communicate seamlessly across multiple remote departments to keep all stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables. • Proactively monitor project health, raise deviations early, and design logical solutions to unblock technical constraints. • Maintain hyper-organized, central repositories of project data, making complex technical processes clear and actionable for the team.

• Oversee trade licensing and certification programs, ensuring program quality, instructor coordination, and curriculum support • Review, update, and improve curriculum, course materials, and study guides • Ensure programs meet quality, compliance, and industry standards • Monitor program metrics, student progress, and outcomes • Collaborate with instructors, curriculum designers, and eLearning teams • Participate in operations and quality-related meetings • Provide guidance and support to instructors as needed • Perform other program-related duties as assigned

• Work with department leaders and subject matter experts • Continuously improve and develop training materials • Collaborate closely with Operations for process clarification and updates • Facilitate and deliver training sessions • Participate in measuring the effectiveness of learning • Maintain records for training programs, including evaluations, employee participation, and LMS records

• Analyze current business operations and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance productivity • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and eliminate redundancies • Lead and manage projects aimed at improving business operations and achieving organizational goals • Identify opportunities for innovation and propose creative solutions to operational challenges • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes • Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with business goals • Effectively communicate and present solutions to senior management • Effectively share feedback and drive processes at various levels within the company • Facilitate good communication between and provide leadership for teams working on a project
