Role Description We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader to own and evolve our vendor and partnership portfolio, with accountability for vendor strategy, commercial outcomes and go-to-market execution across the Enterprise & Government business. This role will not only strengthen the value of existing partnerships, but also identify future technology, solution and partnership opportunities that support growth and market differentiation. Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Executive Leadership teams, this position plays a critical role in influencing future growth and market direction for the Enterprise & Government business. • You keep complex programs running smoothly - maintaining RAID logs, dependency registers, and status reports that give the team and senior stakeholders a clear, accurate picture at all times • You build and maintain delivery forecasts and workback schedules across multiple concurrent workstreams, quickly reforecasting when priorities shift • You support Program and Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and dependency mapping, turning moving parts into a coherent, executable plan • You monitor program budgets across Capex, Opex, forecasts, and run rates - tracking actuals against approved business cases and funding envelopes, identifying cost variances, and providing analysis on financial risks • You support financial modelling for program decisions and investment prioritisation, ensuring the numbers behind every decision are accurate and well-understood • You support communication between engineering, infrastructure, product, finance, and vendor teams, ensuring consistent, accurate information flows between delivery teams and program leadership so nothing gets lost in translation • You prepare Board and Executive-level materials, status dashboards, and briefing packs that are clear, accurate, and tailored to the audience • You coordinate governance forums, steering committees, and working groups - capturing decisions, actions, and outcomes so the team can move fast with confidence • You spot trends and patterns in program data early, flagging delivery risks and opportunities before they become problems • You build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the program, communicating proactively and following through on every commitment • You apply EPMO frameworks, tools, and templates consistently, contributing to a high-quality, repeatable delivery model that scales across programs

• You plan and facilitate discovery to elicit business and technical requirements, building a deep understanding of current and target states across complex, highly technical systems. • You convert outcomes into end-to-end process models and well-formed requirements (functional & non-functional), with clear traceability from outcome → requirement → design → test → release. • You act as the key liaison between business, architecture, and engineering teams - translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements. • You utilise your understanding of cloud technologies, integration patterns, and BSS/OSS systems to guide technically sound solutions. • You develop process maps for as-is and to-be states, ensuring business and technical processes are clearly defined and agreed before build begins. • You partner with PMs, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure BA outputs are high-quality, fit-for-purpose, and traceable to business outcomes. • You contribute to the design and documentation of technical solutions, validating feasibility and alignment with both business needs and architectural standards. • You develop and execute test plans, ensuring the solution meets defined requirements and quality standards end-to-end. • You create training materials and support change, upskilling operational teams and end users so the solution lands and sticks. • You proactively identify risks early, think strategically about what could derail delivery, and drive appropriate mitigation before it becomes a problem.

• Lead the design & implementation of the Replatforming technology program and ensure we’re set up for success • Provide operational support systems and business support systems (OSS/ BSS) • Partner with tech and business leads to turn strategy into an executable replatforming roadmap, balancing vision with reality • Bring delivery and technical know-how to the table as you’ve been around enough transformations to know what works and what doesn’t • Lead the transition from legacy to target-state platforms, ensuring the architecture, integrations, data, and business rules are understood and carried forward or reimagined where needed. • Work closely with procurement, finance and vendor leads to ensure value for money and clarity on spend • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure replatforming activities (migration, decommissioning, integrations, etc.) are planned, sequenced, and delivered with minimal disruption • Lead readiness planning across impacted teams, ensuring training, documentation, support models, and business process changes are accounted for • Motivate your delivery teams to reach new heights through active coaching, mentoring and feedback that helps others learn and grow • Translate business strategy into an implementable plan that delivers business and customer value • Understand the key business drivers and how your scope moves the dials – be it customer experience, building customer trust, or risk and compliance
