Role Description We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader to own and evolve our vendor and partnership portfolio, with accountability for vendor strategy, commercial outcomes and go-to-market execution across the Enterprise & Government business. This role will not only strengthen the value of existing partnerships, but also identify future technology, solution and partnership opportunities that support growth and market differentiation. Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Executive Leadership teams, this position plays a critical role in influencing future growth and market direction for the Enterprise & Government business. Qualifications - Extensive experience within telecommunications, technology or managed services. - Proven experience managing strategic vendor relationships. - Strong commercial and business acumen. - Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to influence Executive and C-Level stakeholders. - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability. Requirements - Own and manage strategic vendor relationships across the Enterprise & Government portfolio. - Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic vendors. - Drive vendor-led sales initiatives and growth opportunities. - Lead executive engagement and governance frameworks. - Ensure reciprocal commercial outcomes for both Aussie Broadband and vendor partners. - Maintain visibility of vendor roadmaps and future technology direction. - Develop and maintain the Enterprise & Government Go-To-Market strategy. - Identify emerging market trends, customer requirements and growth opportunities. - Support major deal strategy and executive customer engagement. - Contribute to business cases for new solutions, partnerships and strategic investments. - Assist in the development of revenue growth initiatives across the Enterprise & Government division. - Drive vendor investment, marketing development funds and joint commercial programs. - Influence strategic decision making through collaboration and commercial insight. - Foster a culture aligned to Aussie Broadband's values and customer-first mindset.
