Lead Engineer – Systems Engineering, Power Cycle Systems

• Perform preliminary and detailed design of mechanical systems on the BWRX-300 including the steam turbine, turbine auxiliaries, main condenser, condensate, and feedwater systems • Perform mechanical systems design and/or equipment procurement and construction activities, including requirements definition, process calculations and analysis, P&ID preparation, model review, vendor and client coordination, and review and approval of vendor document submittals • Support the BWRX-300 certification processes for GE Products to address all US NRC (or other nuclear regulator) design certification requirements • Work within a team environment to execute work plans within budget and schedule • Interface with internal and external customers, suppliers, partners, licensing, the NRC and international regulatory authorities on technical issues • Incorporate design requirements into analyses and design documents • Manage and perform the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned systems using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements • Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures • Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of experience in an engineering role, with work in mechanical or process system design
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear plant modifications, new construction, and/or nuclear fabrication
- Minimum 4 years of experience in nuclear system design activities including development of process flow diagrams, thermodynamic and heat/fluid flow transfer calculations, engineering specifications, etc.
- Ability and Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

• Designs, configures, and implements complex regional compute and storage solutions to enable new business opportunities, support organic growth and small to moderate M&A, and to implement and improve new application services (40%) • Provides full operational support for global and regional infrastructure services that execute revenue-generating applications, colleague productivity tools, back office systems, and customer support, with rare assistance from more senior engineers in mission critical and/or extremely complex situations (20%) • Works with project managers to prioritize work, and provides structure and direction to Engineers and Associate Engineers as necessary to meet team commitments (15%) • Builds and updates systems automation and monitoring tools (15%) • Performs other additional duties as assigned (10%)

• Implement and maintain approved integrations between HubSpot, the data warehouse, the product platform, and supporting GTM tools. • Build API-based data syncs using Python or Node.js in line with defined integration standards. • Ensure integrations are reliable, observable, and appropriately documented. • Monitor integrations and resolve operational issues in line with agreed escalation processes. • Flag architectural or systemic risks to relevant owners when identified. • Perform day-to-day technical administration of HubSpot, including: Custom objects, properties, and associations, Workflows and automation. • Configure HubSpot in accordance with established RevOps governance and global data models. • Support integrations with adjacent GTM tools (e.g. dialers, enrichment, marketing and CS platforms). • Implement defined data quality standards, validation rules, and hygiene processes. • Support deduplication and lifecycle management processes. • Ensure upstream data quality supports downstream reporting and analytics. • Escalate data governance questions or structural changes to designated global owners. • Work closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate approved requirements into technical solutions. • Clearly document systems, integrations, and operational processes. • Support GTM tool rollouts and process improvements from an implementation and support perspective.
