• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP • Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management and automation • Support Kubernetes-based environments and containerised workloads • Design and manage networking components including VPCs, subnets, load balancers, and connectivity • Implement security controls, access management, and compliance-related configurations • Monitor infrastructure, optimise performance and cost, and improve reliability • Automate operational tasks using scripting and tooling • Support incident response and troubleshooting in production environments • Maintain clear technical documentation and operational runbooks

• Implement and maintain approved integrations between HubSpot, the data warehouse, the product platform, and supporting GTM tools. • Build API-based data syncs using Python or Node.js in line with defined integration standards. • Ensure integrations are reliable, observable, and appropriately documented. • Monitor integrations and resolve operational issues in line with agreed escalation processes. • Flag architectural or systemic risks to relevant owners when identified. • Perform day-to-day technical administration of HubSpot, including: Custom objects, properties, and associations, Workflows and automation. • Configure HubSpot in accordance with established RevOps governance and global data models. • Support integrations with adjacent GTM tools (e.g. dialers, enrichment, marketing and CS platforms). • Implement defined data quality standards, validation rules, and hygiene processes. • Support deduplication and lifecycle management processes. • Ensure upstream data quality supports downstream reporting and analytics. • Escalate data governance questions or structural changes to designated global owners. • Work closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate approved requirements into technical solutions. • Clearly document systems, integrations, and operational processes. • Support GTM tool rollouts and process improvements from an implementation and support perspective.

• Serve as the first point of contact for the organization’s grant management systems • Partner with vendors and global system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Administer, configure, and upgrade multiple Salesforce Platform including 3rd party applications • Develop, maintain, and refine organizational reports and dashboards • Gather and refine requirements that help advance ongoing system enhancements

• Develop and document system requirements, operational concepts, and interface control documents. • Design system interfaces and ensure seamless integration across distributed components. • Conduct trade studies to support technology, cloud, and architectural decisions. • Develop integration and test plans, procedures, and test cases. • Execute test activities and work with engineers to resolve defects. • Analyze data from tests and studies to inform technical decisions. • Manage and track engineering tasks, schedules, and milestones. • Prepare clear, concise technical reports, diagrams, and supporting visuals. • Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams. • Lead and present at internal reviews and milestone checkpoints. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
