• Own Activation, In-Product Instrument and maintain the activation funnel: define the events, work with engineers to log them, and build your own analysis on top • Diagnose where users drop off between registration and connecting their accounting system • Run continuous improvements, adjustments or A/B experiments on the onboarding flow, hypothesis-driven, measured, iterated weekly, not monthly, aware we have less than 100 FTs a week • Test trust signals, UI changes, and in-product messaging to reduce friction at the activation step • Investigate low-converting segments with Digital Marketing, understand traffic quality, not just volume • Deploy Refiner surveys at key funnel moments to surface intent and friction directly from users • Own and expand Navattic interactive product tours, increasing distribution across the website and marketing campaigns • Use Behavioural Messaging as a Product Tool • Build and iterate the post-signup email sequence based on activation funnel data • Partner with Digital Marketing to complete attribution setup, every trial user tracked by source • Define and track incremental PLG uplift: additional paid accounts beyond the organic baseline • Coach 2–3 Product Managers in using Amplitude for their own product areas • Establish a regular sync with Product Marketing and Digital Marketing from day one, shared hypotheses, shared data, shared priorities • Feed product insights back to Product Managers: activation patterns, churn signals, expansion triggers • Use AI tools to accelerate experiment design, analysis, and content creation • Produce design mockups and onboarding experiment prototypes without waiting for a designer • Stay current with new tools that increase PLG velocity
• Reporting to the Data Platform Lead, you will be a hands-on senior engineer responsible for building and maintaining ApprovalMax's enterprise data platform. • Own the design and delivery of production-grade data pipelines, drive engineering quality across the data stack, and act as a technical mentor for the broader analytics team. • Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines, ingestion processes, and transformation layers. • Write production-grade Python for orchestration, custom ingestion, and data transformation logic. • Investigate and resolve pipeline failures within agreed SLAs; lead root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes. • Implement and maintain data quality frameworks across the platform; ensure critical data assets have explicit quality contracts. • Partner with Product Engineering, RevOps, and Finance to define and maintain data contracts.
• Own the product backlog for both core products — define priorities, produce Feature Cards, and make trade-off decisions grounded in customer impact and business value. • Talk to customers directly. • Understand AP workflows, pain points, and unmet needs. • Develop and improve feedback channels (Canny, Intercom, CS escalations). • Define success metrics before building, then use Amplitude, Databricks, and PowerBI to measure adoption, usage, and business impact after launch. • Coordinate with Marketing on positioning, launch planning, and enablement. • Work with Customer Success on post launch adoption, retention insights and roadmap visibility. • Define and prioritise AI use cases for the product. • Build the customer trust narrative for AI with risk-averse accountants and bookkeepers. • Work in close daily partnership with the Technical Product Lead, with shared accountability for outcomes

• Own and operate the enterprise data platform (Azure Data Lake Gen2 + Databricks). • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ingestion processes, and transformation layers. • Ensure data reliability, security, governance, and performance across the platform. • Enable self-service analytics by supporting analysts with robust data models, marts, and tooling. • Lead development of an AI-ready data platform, including semantic layers and infrastructure for ML/LLM use cases. • Manage and mentor the Data Engineer, setting technical standards and priorities. • Drive engineering best practices: CI/CD, testing, observability, and data quality monitoring. • Oversee platform roadmap, architecture decisions, and cloud cost optimisation.

We ship fast and punch above our weight. The Role: We're hiring a Digital Visibility & Engagement Manager to make ApprovalMax discoverable and keep our audience engaged. This is a hybrid role spanning two areas: Visibility (~40%): You'll own our organic and AI search presence. We've built AI-powered automation that handles the repetitive side of SEO, so your job is mostly the strategic layer: deciding which keywords to pursue, how to structure content, when to act on ranking changes, and managing the relationship-based work like outreach and follow-ups. You'll also lead our approach to emerging channels like AI-generated search results. Engagement (~60%): You'll own the prospect experience from first touch to trial signup. That means shaping user journeys on our website, optimising conversion paths for different visitor segments, running our prospect newsletter, building nurture journeys in HubSpot, and growing a community for finance professionals. You'll use behavioural data to identify friction points and drive UX improvements alongside our Website & Marketing Ops Manager and design team. Think of it as: you make sure people find us, then you make sure the website and nurture experience converts them. AI isn't a nice-to-have in this role, it's how you operate. You'll use AI tools daily to generate briefs, draft content, review articles, and pull reports. We provide the tools and the freedom to experiment. This role exists to turn paid channels and digital spend into a predictable, scalable growth engine that delivers free trials, demos, and pipeline. The Role We’re looking for a senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive performance across our paid and digital channels. This isn’t a traditional PPC role. We need a strategic operator who experiments boldly, improves systems, and delivers measurable growth. You’ll amplify and convert existing content, optimise acquisition campaigns, improve funnels, and leverage AI and automation to scale results. Acting as a thought partner to the Director of Digital and Demand Generation, you’ll combine hands-on execution with insight-driven strategy, testing new ideas, expanding channels, and maximising pipeline contribution. The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially minded, and thrives on experimentation and continuous improvement. Build smarter systems & leverage AI - Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate copy testing, campaign builds, and reporting. - Help build campaign automation, reporting automation, and scalable marketing workflows. - Work with the Marketing Ops Manager on attribution, tracking, and data infrastructure improvements. This is a digital-first, tech-enabled role and not a manual, old-school PPC operator. Own reporting & insights - Build and maintain clear reports and dashboards in Looker studio/GA4/HubSpot that show paid performance against business outcomes. - Report against trials, demos, CAC, payback, and funnel conversion rates as north-star metrics. - Proactively surface insights: what happened, why, and what to do next. - Provide leading indicators (CPA, CPC, CVR) daily/weekly, and lagging indicators (CAC, LTV, pipeline) monthly. Collaborate across marketing - Request relevant content (webinars, videos, case studies, product launches) for testing and building demand through paid channels. - Partner with field, product, and customer marketing to extend campaign reach. - Give creative and strategic input, not just execute briefs handed to them. - Act as a thought partner to the Director: bring ideas, challenge thinking, help prioritise. Support and build new GTM plays - Support Unify go-to-market initiatives with building new targeted campaigns. - Help build and optimise email outbound workflows alongside marketing ops. - Contribute to new vertical campaigns (e.g. construction) in partnership with regional marketing leads. - Connect paid strategy to the broader demand-generation and demand-capture philosophy (not just lead gen). Must-haves - 4+ years hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or FinTech. - Deep expertise in Google Ads (search, display, PMax, scripting, bid strategies, search query management). - Strong LinkedIn Ads experience; exposure to Email, Unify, Meta, G2, or Bing is a plus. - Proven track record of improving performance metrics and scaling campaigns. - Experience designing and running structured experiments (not just A/B testing ad copy). - Solid understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing funnels. - Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub and GA4. - Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate work (copy, analysis, reporting). - Native or near-native English speaker with excellent written communication. - UK-based, with legal right to work in the UK.
