• Design, develop and deploy data pipelines using Dataiku DSS Platform • Build and optimise ETL and ELT processes • Perform data integration, transformation, cleansing and validation • Develop scalable enterprise data solutions • Optimise machine learning workflows where required • Support migration to a modern data lakehouse architecture • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders

• Provide L3 engineering support for Palantir Foundry / Foundation environments • Analyse and resolve complex technical issues beyond L2 scope • Perform source code analysis and software defect correction • Support production pipelines, platform workflows and release activities • Investigate issues across data pipelines, integrations, applications and platform services • Support architecture and platform engineering activities • Implement application enhancements and technical improvements • Support emergency fixes, release validation and production stability • Work closely with client L2 support, development teams and platform stakeholders • Contribute to platform governance, change control and engineering standards • Support knowledge transfer, onboarding and documentation activities

• Provide Level 2 operational support for Palantir environments • Investigate and resolve incidents and production issues • Support problem management activities • Analyse logs and monitoring data • Troubleshoot application and platform issues • Support integrations and interfaces between systems • Work within ITIL aligned operational processes • Escalate and coordinate issues where required • Support platform stability and operational excellence

• Standardise deployments into repeatable one button workflows across multiple environments • Support developers by improving SDLC paths, environments, CI/CD pipelines, templates and local development tooling • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform on AWS • Manage SDLC toolchains including GitHub, CI/CD, artifact registries, scanning tools and deployment orchestrators • Work with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Harbor, Nexus, SonarQube, Trivy, ArgoCD and Helm where applicable • Shape networking and service mesh patterns including VPCs, connectivity for air gapped systems and Istio • Embed security from the beginning, including secrets management, RBAC, hardening and compliance automation • Build useful observability focused on reliability, performance and business impact • Partner with engineering teams to define release strategies such as Helm based deployments, ArgoCD, canary and blue green releases • Support system design decisions, document trade offs and improve platform standards

• Build and maintain solutions within Palantir Foundry or related Palantir ecosystems • Develop and support data pipelines, workflows, integrations, and application logic • Work with APIs, backend services, and cloud-based platform components • Support automation, deployment, and operational use cases within Palantir environments • Collaborate with analysts, business teams, and stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions • Contribute to system optimisation, scalability, and platform reliability • Participate in technical design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements from tax, finance, and technology stakeholders • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system documentation • Model business and system processes using BPMN and UML • Analyse data flows, validation logic, approval workflows, reporting outputs, and integration dependencies • Use SQL to support data analysis, validation, issue investigation, and reporting logic verification • Support API and integration analysis, including mapping source systems, target structures, and business rules • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery coordination • Coordinate communication between business users, tax experts, developers, QA, and delivery managers • Support tracking of actions, dependencies, blockers, and project timelines • Help organise workshops, status updates, and project documentation activities • Support testing activities including UAT preparation, defect clarification, and business validation • Maintain process maps, workflow descriptions, data mappings, and requirement documentation • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across business and technical areas.
