• Standardise deployments into repeatable one button workflows across multiple environments • Support developers by improving SDLC paths, environments, CI/CD pipelines, templates and local development tooling • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform on AWS • Manage SDLC toolchains including GitHub, CI/CD, artifact registries, scanning tools and deployment orchestrators • Work with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Harbor, Nexus, SonarQube, Trivy, ArgoCD and Helm where applicable • Shape networking and service mesh patterns including VPCs, connectivity for air gapped systems and Istio • Embed security from the beginning, including secrets management, RBAC, hardening and compliance automation • Build useful observability focused on reliability, performance and business impact • Partner with engineering teams to define release strategies such as Helm based deployments, ArgoCD, canary and blue green releases • Support system design decisions, document trade offs and improve platform standards

• Build and maintain solutions within Palantir Foundry or related Palantir ecosystems • Develop and support data pipelines, workflows, integrations, and application logic • Work with APIs, backend services, and cloud-based platform components • Support automation, deployment, and operational use cases within Palantir environments • Collaborate with analysts, business teams, and stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions • Contribute to system optimisation, scalability, and platform reliability • Participate in technical design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities

• Design and build MCP servers used by AI agents • Develop backend services using Python with asynchronous programming patterns • Implement REST APIs supporting agent orchestration workflows • Build event-driven integrations and webhook-based communication • Implement distributed state management using Redis • Troubleshoot and optimise reliability and performance of distributed AI systems

• Design and develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and MCP-based architectures • Build agent interaction layers using tools such as CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, or similar • Develop and deploy AI services in AWS or Azure environments • Design and implement SAP integrations using OData services, Function Modules, CDS views, and APIs • Work with SAP data models to enable contextual retrieval and automation workflows • Collaborate with SAP Basis teams on connectivity, performance, and access management • Integrate AI capabilities into incident management and ticketing workflows such as ServiceNow • Develop reusable AI components supporting SAP-focused automation and operations • Collaborate with product and managed services teams to deliver production-ready AI systems

• Design end-to-end architectures for GenAI and LLM-based solutions across multiple use cases • Translate business and technical requirements into clear and scalable solution designs • Collaborate closely with engineering and platform teams to guide implementation and reduce delivery risks • Create reusable architectural patterns including agents, pipelines, and orchestration layers • Support feasibility assessments, POCs, and MVP planning across multiple initiatives • Contribute to architectural governance and evolving platform standards • Participate in architecture discussions and guide teams on best practices for GenAI systems

• Lead the design and development of microservices using Java and Spring Boot • Define and drive the target architecture ensuring scalability, resilience, and security • Design and implement event-driven integrations using Azure Event Hub or Kafka • Own API strategy and design, including GraphQL • Guide containerisation and cloud deployment on Azure using Docker and Kubernetes • Drive engineering best practices across code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and production readiness • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues • Mentor and coordinate engineers across distributed teams in multiple time zones • Align technical roadmap with product goals and business outcomes
