Shopper Marketing Manager
TRIP
• Lead the development and execution of retail marketing programs that drive discovery, trial, and repeat purchase across key U.S. retail partners • Work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to turn shopper insights into creative retail activations that help our partners win and help more consumers discover TRIP • Develop in-store displays, promotions, POS, and retail activations • Build shopper marketing toolkits to support launches and key retail moments • Ensure strong shelf presence across retail partners • Partner with Sales on retail launches and key account initiatives • Create custom programs for priority retailers • Collaborate with agencies and retail partners on co-marketing activations • Support retail media campaigns and digital shopper initiatives • Build shopper marketing calendars aligned with retail windows • Use syndicated data and insights to track performance and optimize programs
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing within CPG
- Experience working with national retail accounts
- Familiarity with retail media networks and syndicated data platforms (SPINS, Nielsen, Circana, etc.)
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Creative thinker who can turn insights into impactful retail programs
- This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
