Senior Director, Value Added Services, Sales Leader
Visa
• You will develop a sales strategy that provides direction for the team to execute on quarterly and annual targets. • You'll collaborate with your team to negotiate contracts with financial institutions to help them use our payment processing services. • You'll ensure that the team is up to speed on all Visa has to offer to proactively pitch compelling solution sets that will help your clients maximize their payment portfolios. • You'll play a key role in influencing marketing and product development initiatives based on your market intelligence. • You’ll use your expertise to contribute to the development of the overall functional strategy & annual goals and coach & mentor your team to lift the performance of the entire VAS organization.
Job Requirements
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Prior track record in leading/ managing a high performing team
- You have expert ability to develop and nurture new business partnerships.
- Proven strength in building trust with senior executives within client organizations.
- Expertise in negotiating business agreements, with a strong understanding of financial controls and the legal aspects of contract management.
- Exceptional skills in proactively building strong internal and cross-functional relationships.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
