Vice President, Enterprise Sales
TTEC Digital
• Leading and developing a high‑performing enterprise sales team focused on large strategic growth opportunities • Driving bookings, revenue, and margin expansion across TTEC Digital’s CX, CCaaS, AI, CRM, and managed services portfolio • Establishing and fostering executive‑level relationships with clients and our key strategic partners • Ensuring excellence in pipeline creation, forecasting, sales discipline, and account strategy to achieve and exceed quota objectives • Collaborating deeply with professional services, delivery, operational leaders, and cross‑functional TTEC teams to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market motion and world‑class client outcomes • Maintaining a strong understanding of emerging trends across CX, AI, digital channels, analytics, workforce engagement, and CCaaS transformations • Providing industry thought leadership and competitive insights to support solution innovation, partner alignment, and sales effectiveness
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales and sales leadership experience selling PaaS, CX/CCaaS platforms, and/or AI professional/managed services
- Proven ability to develop, influence, and grow C‑suite and senior executive relationships within large enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success in winning and expanding multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar strategic transformation deals
- Strong experience developing go‑to‑market strategies, sales plans, and growth frameworks for cloud and digital transformation portfolios
- Expertise or familiarity with leading CX and CCaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google, Cisco/Webex, Genesys, NICE, Talkdesk, Zoom, Five9, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Pega, etc.)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
